It was a very positive, relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. Those that I met at the front desk were pleasant. Dr. Sal and Shirley were wanting to make sure I understood what was being done to me and explain their findings. And I did not feel rushed.

This place is awesome. They got me in quick with a last minute opening. Great communications. I interacted with at least 5 staff and they were all super friendly. Been to many dental practices before. Even big corporate ones that try to sell you all kind of service. No pressure and straight forward service. This office is popular for a reason. Dr. ERICKSON SEEMS WELL VERSED ON IMPLANTS. HE EXPLAINED IT ALL TO ME AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING ONE DONE. I have had implant now for 2 years, it's perfect. Dr. Erickson and Dr. Salehinia worked together for my perfect outcome. Love them!

I have been going to CREATIVE DIMENSIONS IN DENISTRY in Castro Valley, California since 1990. The organization was always professional and their dental expertise was bar none. My personal Dentist was Dr. Mac Kenzie who over saw my personal dental care . I had every imaginable dental procedure done over the years and each was performed expeditiously, perfection. Dr MacKenzie always makes sure each procedure is properly done. I would recommend hi. highly.

I *love* this dental practice. I can't believe I'm saying that, but it's completely true. Dr. Chhina is amazing, the office is clean and professional, and every staff member you meet treats you amazingly well. Big thank you to Rebecca, Mina, and Tati too. I've always been so self-conscious about oral care, but this team has really made me feel so much more comfortable both with my smile and with getting care that doesn't feel like I got it at a used car lot.

I never give reviews but today I left extremely disappointed by Dr.MacKenzie and the staff behavior. Though I arrived on time, a couple of people who arrived after me were seen before me, causing a 45 min delay in my appointment. I brought it up to the staff as well as to Dr. MacKenzie who seemed unconcerned. The WORST was during the exam when Dr. MacKenzie asked if I wanted to take photos of my teeth which was mentioned as optional procedure (I already completed Xrays and 3D imaging) and since the appointment was running late I declined, not once but twice. Thats where Dr. MacKenzie said, well I'm ending this exam, we can not help you. I left disappointed and confused how they handled the situation.

I've been coming here for at least 50 years. This is a professionally run dental office with talented and friendly staff. If you have question or comments, they listen with a sincere ear. You don't get a "canned" reply. It comes from the heart.
