Dr. Gina and her staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The dental problems I have encountered with other dentists over the years, Dr. Gina has been able to identify and resolve on the spot. I trust her recommendations and her work. In addition, the dental hygienists are excellent and take the time to ensure a thorough cleaning and evaluation. I feel so confident with Dr. Gina that I have recommended her to my family as well and their experience has been equally as positive.

Dr. Gina and her staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In addition, the dental hygienists are excellent and take the time to ensure a thorough cleaning and evaluation. I had to call my insurance company to get my cleaning paid after Dr. Hurt called me threatening to take me to collections. Turns out, their office had submitted the claim with one less 0 in my ID number. When I called back to tell Dr. Hurt that they missed a 0 in my ID number, she became very agitated that the insurance company wouldn't just process the claim anyway. They also charged me $40 for a fluoride treatment that I already paid for at the time of the visit. After switching dentists, they have not responded to several calls from both myself and the new dentist I'm seeing to release my x-rays. To top it all off, the care I received from her apparently was very neglectful, missing some important issues I had been having.

I tried three times in the last 6 months to have someone call me - by phone and web contact email and no response. The last time I had work done the doctor never was able to fully numb my teeth even after 6 shots - something another dentist who replaced a crown for me said was very unusual (that doctor was about to do it with two). In addition I get bills after the fact without proper medical codes that insurance will not accept. Overall appalling customer service.

I had a great experience with Dr. Gina. I found her to be very friendly and professional. She worked with me and helped me map out a plan for all of my dental work. It's been four months now, and I am so happy with my smile. I am pleased to recommend her to anyone.

Horrible Dentist! My filling fell out only a few weeks after she put it in and she charged me again to replace it. She is also very rude. Do not go to this woman!!!
