Christine has over 29 years of experience as a dental assistant. In 2012, Christine joined our team, and became Dr. Crumbs assistant in 2013. She loves our offices family environment and gets enormous satisfaction from helping patients achieve healthier and more beautiful smiles. Married for over 23 years, Christine has two college-age children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Outside the office, Christine enjoys hiking, camping, walking, and golfing.
Lisa is a key provider for our hygiene department. Before Lisa earned her degree in dental hygiene in 1984 from Onondaga Community College, she was involved in our practice as a dental assistant and a dental hygiene assistant. Having a strong desire and dedication for patient care, Lisa enjoys the personal relationship she forms with our patients by making them immediately feel like friends and family. She feels that treating children for their first experience is key to starting off on the right foot. In 2004, she became licensed in administration of local anesthesia to ensure patients have the most comfortable experience. Lisa is married and has two children. She spends much of her free time watching both of her children play college soccer.
Jennifer is one of the key providers for dental hygiene in our practice. She graduated with a dental hygiene degree from Onondaga Community College in 1995. Jennifer has been delivering exceptional hygiene and periodontal services for our patients since 1999. The commitment to quality dentistry and patient care is very important to her. She constantly pursues continuing education to deliver the finest care possible to her patients. In 2004, she became licensed in administration of local anesthesia to ensure patients have the most comfortable experience. Jennifer is married and has two daughters. She is a dedicated long-distance runner.
Rosanne became a Dental Hygienist in 1984 after graduating from Utica College with a BS Degree in Chemistry. She continued her education at Syracuse University where she received a Masters Degree in Health Education. Rosanne has been a Dental Hygienist and Dental Hygiene instructor for 30 years. Patient education is a driving force behind Rosanne. She draws from her years of experience in periodontal, cosmetic and preventive dentistry to individualize therapy for her patients. She prides herself in having treated families of three and four generations. In 2004 she became licensed in the administration of local anesthesia to provide patients a higher level of periodontal therapy. Rosanne is married and has two grown children. She enjoys traveling and cruising with her husband and spends much of her free time volunteering with single mothers and their children and helping to organize the food bank at her church.
Vickys dedication to all of our patients' financial treatment needs is exemplary. She works personally and privately with you, efficiently processing insurance claims, maximizing benefits, and designing attractive and achievable payment options for the treatment you need and deserve. She enjoys serving our patients and working with a team of professionals that she considers exceptional, both in skill and compassion. Vicky spends her valuable time with friends and two children. She enjoys skiing as well as watching her sons ice hockey games as dedicated travel hockey mother.

When he's not working, Dr. Craybas enjoys spending family time with his wife, Suzanne, who is a practicing certified nurse anesthetist in Syracuse. They have two wonderful children and reside in Camillus. Dr. Craybas is passionate about perfection and excellence, which is why he spends his personal time on sports and hobbies that require the same intensity, focus, and hand-eye coordination that he uses everyday. The sport of perfection that he is excelling in is Competitive Skeet Shooting. He enjoys golfing, exploring the outdoors, and fine-scale precision model building.

Community service is important to Dr. Crumb. He believes strongly in giving back to his community for all that it has given him. For outstanding service to community and university settings, he received the Notre Dame Man of the Year award. Since 1977, Dr. Crumb has been an attending dentist on the clinical staff at St. Josephs Hospital Health Center in the General Practice Residency Program, where he shares his dental experience with young dental school graduates. In addition, he is a member, former board member, and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Syracuse and the Notre Dame Club of Central New York. He also served on the boards for the West Genesee School District, University Club of Syracuse, and Camillus Youth Basketball Association.
Outside of caring for patients and community service, Dr. Crumb lives in Camillus with his wife, Debby Eiler-Crumb, who has her own interior decorating business, and their two lovely children. Golf, pheasant hunting, dog training, skiing, and playing the guitar are some of Dr. Crumb's favorite hobbies.

Thanks to the stellar work of Dr. Craybas and the team, I able to chew on the right side of my mouth with zero pain for the first time in four years. The entire process was easy (for me) and as painless as one could expect this type of corrective dental work to be. My mouth was sore on the day of the procedure, and I was using it the very next morning. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my insatiable inquisitiveness... They were very kind. I had to get an emergency appointment as a tooths gum started bleeding with pus suddenly... My phd advisor talked with them if they can treat me urgently ( otherwise I could appointments only in a month or so!!) They were kind enough to accommodate me in the last minute. The doctor was patient with my questions too and they were very transparent as to what are they doing with my precious tooth! They showed me pics of my tooth at every stage. I had Delta insurance that paid more than half of the total price.

This box is too small and 5 stars is not nearly enough to describe my experience with Dr. Craybas and his amazing staff!!! I did extensive research on cosmetic dentists here in the Syracuse area before finally making the call to set up an appointment with Creative Dental Concepts. If you're anything like me, there is a lot of anxiety associated with any major dental procedure. From day one, Dr. Craybas and his staff made me feel comfortable and instead of dreading each appointment, I couldn't wait!!! My new smile is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The Facts? *I was able to make an appointment within an extremely reasonable amount of time. *The first impression I had of this office was over the phone while setting up my initial consultation. Nicole was very friendly, welcoming and informative (a huge plus since I was so nervous about this appointment). *I had several visits for my procedure and they never kept me waiting. My appointments were always on time. *The girls in the office are super friendly and always make you feel welcome, especially Kim who worked directly with Dr. Craybas on my shiny new smile! She's a rockstar! *And Dr. Craybas... I can say with 100% confidence, if you are looking for a cosmetic dentist in the Syracuse area, look no further! From day one, he HEARD what I was saying. The artist in him had an image in mind of what my smile would become when he was done and let me tell you, he created a masterpiece! Before seeing Dr. Craybas, my teeth were dark and fragile from a lack of enamel; I have hated my smile for YEARS! And now? I can't stop smiling! My teeth are healthy and beautiful! They are so "ME" and so natural looking; exactly what I asked for :) I would absolutely recommend Dr. Craybas and Creative Dental Concepts of CNY and if I could I would give them many more stars!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Crumb for many years and it has been to my benefit that he has been my dentist. His staff is responsive and makes you feel comfortable from the second you walk into the office and that is very important to me to feel relaxed and not apprehensive. One of the many attributes of Dr. Crumb is that he listens and accepts suggestions and follows thru. I must admit I also enjoy his humming to the elevator music as he does his thing. I only have positive things to say about Dr. Craybas and the entire staff. The hygienists are excellent at what they do. They're friendly and love seeing my kids. Dr. Craybas called me back within minutes when my son had a dental emergency when the office was closed. They do thorough work and my six-year old loves coming. You'd think they paid me to write this. They did not. I'd recommend this practice to anyone with teeth. :)
