Dr. Diep received his dental degree from Nova Southeastern University and his bachelors degree at the University of Florida. He is deeply committed to staying on the cutting edge of dentistry, always seeking opportunities to grow and perfect his craft. He typically completes over 40 hours of postdoctoral continuing education per year and has focused on cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, dental implants, dental materials, and comprehensive care. His professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
Dr. Diep believes in providing dental care to those in need. He is an active participant at Hands Clinic St. Lucie County and has volunteered with Project Hope International, traveling overseas to help underserved children and families. These experiences have humbled Dr. Diep and have made his work truly fulfilling.
Shannon has been in the dental field for over 26 years both as a dental assistant and working in the dental administrative office. With her passion for dentistry, she can focus on the needs and desires of our patients. A native of Florida, Shannon grew up in Sebastian. She and her husband have two sons. She would be excited to share the opportunities Dr. Diep can provide you to enhance your smile!
Susan has worked in the dental field for over 20 years, starting as a part-time dental assistant and working her way up to front office coordinator in the same office. Coming to Dr. Dieps office in October 2021, she has enjoyed meeting and working with new co-workers and clients and learning new ways. In her off time, Susan enjoys paddle boarding and relaxing by the pool, soaking in the Florida weather. Spending time with her partner, grandchildren, family, friends, and their rescue dog Brody is also very important to her.
Kara started her career in dentistry in 2004 as a dental assistant then graduated in 2010 from Brevard Community College as a registered dental hygienist. She has her bachelors degree in organizational behavior and healthcare management from Eastern Florida State College. Kara enjoys educating her patients on all aspects of dentistry that pertain to the patients needs but also looking at systemic relations to dentistry as well. She enjoys making her patients feel comfortable and has a gentle touch that her patients appreciate. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.
Nicole started her career in dentistry in 1996 as a certified dental assistant before continuing her education in dental hygiene. She completed her education at Broward College in South Florida with an associates degree in 2000. She has been practicing in Brevard County since 2004. Nicole enjoys helping her patients achieve healthy smiles with education and thorough, yet gentle cleanings. She is married with four children, and in her free time she is usually at the baseball field or tinkering in her garden.
Kelly grew up in Indian Harbour Beach and earned her ATD in dental assisting in 2015 from Eastern Florida. She works alongside Dr. Diep to help patients achieve their dream smiles and loves working in a positive environment, establishing relationships with her patients as well as providing a gentle touch with a warm, friendly demeanor.
Holly has been a dental assistant since 2001. She earned her CDA from Ocean County College in New Jersey, where she grew up. She has called Florida home since 1984 and works alongside Dr. Diep, helping patients to have a calm and positive dental experience. She loves to make her patients smile and feel welcomed so they leave feeling good about themselves!

My wife & I both go to Dr. Diep & are so happy he's here in Melbourne. Dr. Diep is a really good dentist & is great at everything he does. He takes his time to be sure it's right the first time. Dr. D. & staff are very friendly

Dr. V. Diep practice is comfortable and very well run. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The hygienists is extremely knowledgeable and does great work. Dr Diep is friendly and answers questions. I felt comfortable. I have very good teeth and yet he immediately spotted a problem on my tooth. I was sad, but grateful. I have recommended him to my daughter and son in law.

I've hated my teeth for so long and today I finally got to do something about it. I tried to get my smile fixed four years ago but my old dentist said that I didn't have the right teeth to do certain procedures. I came in to this office to fix a chipped tooth and the dentist heard what I disliked about my teeth and immediately offered to do the procedure I had wanted for years. I wish I would have gone here sooner!

This place is awesome I was very nervous but they treated me like family and I barely felt a thing when removing my wisdom tooth which was half gone will be getting all of my work done here from now on I'm so very happy

Normally I really dislike any Dental visit. Dr. Diep has a fantastic bedside manner, an awesome sense of humor and a welcoming friendly staff. Kelly is always very helpful and informative. I will continue to come back and look forward to my future visits.

Dr. Diep and his staff are AMAZING! Very professional, caring, and informative throughout the entire time in the chair. Kelly was outstanding!
