Pleasant staff, very welcoming. Quality work, and provided a reasonable discount, since we didn't have orthodontic insurance and was denied coverage by Medicaid. Thanks!

My first visit. friendly and polite staff. Dr. Crawford (female) was so gentle an easy to talk with. She went the extra mile with me and i will definitely be returning there and making recommendations even though it's a 45mins drive from my home.

Always had a good experience until today. As I was getting my wire on my bottom teeth put on she got the wire with my bottom lip it took her a while to get the wire off my lip it even made me cry. I get that accidents happen but I don't get why it took her long to get the wire off my lip. I'm not sure is she didn't know what she was doing or she was new but that have never happened to me. Not only that but she kept pushing my teeth with a tool it took her a while to get my bottom wire on she could have asked for help. I hope she doesn't do that to anyone else. The Hispanic lady I always go to does an amazing job everytime. Never have hurted me.

This team is awesome! The customer service is excellent every visit. I travel over a hour from my house to this office, because this team go over and beyond for my son. My daughter appointment was at 9 she sat there 30 minutes before they started on her and she was in the back already. So we left appointment at 10:20 from here just getting rubber bands switched out.

Moved from another state. My son already has orthodontic appliances that he needs maintenance on. I wanted to make an appointment but was told this office doesn't do "continuation care" . Very disappointed.

Dr.Crawford and the Team go ABOVE AND BEYOND in this line of work! Even after 21 years from my 1st appointment, they have delivered exceptional care. After so many years after I had my braces, I returned to make a few adjustments to my lower teeth, and just like that, they came up with a plan to fix the minor movement in my teeth, and now my teeth are back to straight. If this isn't the definition of customer satisfaction- I don't know what is. If you are debating where to take your child, go ahead and do not hesitate.

Have always been pleased with Crawford Orthodontics. They are thorough and have good communication. My son has had to have braces for awhile due to issues with space and in the few years he has been going he has never lost a bracket once. Consistent and professional I would say.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! They were taking proper precautions to keep everyone safe and comfortable. My son was so nervous and they made him feel so at ease. Great experience!

Had an appointment at 1:00pm and there was a sign (that made absolute no sense) saying they would be out for lunch from 2:00- 1:30 so I spent over 30 mins outside calling, knocking, ringing the door bell.. not sure why they would book an appointment at a time everyone is at lunch and when I say everyone I mean everyone.. there was absolutely no one available to even take my call which blew my mind. Employees walked by and didn't seem to care and/or acknowledge anyone, even though there were about 5 didn't families outside calling waiting as well. I talked to 3 families outside and they shared with me that this wasn't their first time and we shared similar frustrations with how they handle check-ins costumers questions/concerns, and the lack of costumer satisfaction.

My daughter got her braces put on today and the staff was prompt with their service. They are practicing safety measures with covid which I like. It took about an hour or less to get her braces on and they explained everything I/we needed to know to help her care for her braces. Great experience.
