As a first time client, the wait time of service was fast, everyone was polite, when finished I was very pleased and satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dentist location to others. Thanks for a wonderful experience and making my daughter feel comfortable. When she's happy, I'm happy. That's what matter the most. Yes, she had a big smile when she left the office.

My son was seen at the lithia springs office today and our visit was great. We were seen quickly and all the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I am happy we chose this office.

Very unprofessional staff as receptionist. I have been going here for over 2 years and have never been spoken with an attitude or disrespected before. I called to make an appointment and was given attitude for wanting to see if a closer location to the one I normally go to was open when the dates they offered me were not working for me at my original office I go to. Was even asked if my parents made my appointment although being 18 and have always made my appointments and was never given any problems before. Very rude receptionist goes to show Crawford has lowered their hiring standards.

The office staff is very unprofessional rude and disrespectful. My daughter had an appointment only to be called the day before her appointment to be told it's canceled because someone in the office billed the wrong insurance. Instead of correcting the matter in house they tested us as if we made the mistake. Going to the dentist is already traumatizing to some children and having to deal with incompetent staff members. I was told I was just made because I couldn't get what I want and what I want is for them to do their jobs. I've worked in healthcare for too long to know how any office is suppose to be ran and I am appalled that the dentist would let his staff speak and run his office as such. Wish there was a star for never go

The ladies in the lithia springs location are rude. They wouldn't listen or help with nothing. My daughter was allergic to the metal in her mouth. They refused to take them out and we had to argue with them to get them off. Now that they are off its messed her teeth up. They need manners and respect

I needed to change my appt from 10:30 to 11:00 an they wouldn't even accommodate that but even when you go at your appt time they still don't see you on time.

My son was eeluated at the Lithis Springs office, the service was quick and fair, they sent the paperwork to the insurance for braces. I got the approval a month ago but the insist they dont have it yet, I talked to the insurance compnay and they said they did sent it to them at the same time. Why it takes that long to get the appoinment for braces in this office?
