Dr. Cosmo received his education at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine and Boston University Medical Centers Department of Orthodontics. He remains highly active in continuing education in order to offer his patients the most current technology in his field.
Dr. Cosmo has published articles in respected peer-reviewed scientific publications and he lectures to doctors and residents on new developments in the field of orthodontics. Dr. Cosmo has served on the faculty at Boston University Department of Orthodontics from 2000-2005, and continues to perform clinical research with residents from Tufts University to createnew techniques and products that advanceorthodontic treatment. He has attained Diplomate status withthe American Board of Orthodonticsthe highest level of achievement and level of quality for his patients.
As a pioneer in orthodontics, Dr. Cosmo remains abreast of the latest research in the fieldand has created several products used inorthodonticstoday. He serves as an advisor for major medical and orthodontic companies such as 3M. Dr. Cosmo was chosen as a beta site for the testing and improvement of 3Ms programmed orthodontic brace system.
In 2009, Dr. Cosmo was integral in creating one of the first-ever cloud-based andsecure, interdisciplinary communication tools, called OrthoTracker, whichallows doctors to share information easily and effectively about mutual patients and coordinated treatment. In the field of 3D imaging, Dr. Cosmo was involved with companies like Anatomage Imaging, to help design diagnostic aids used today, and is currently a member of theadvisory board for EnvisionTEC.
Dr. Cosmo is active locally within the dental community asan orthodontic advisor to several study clubs, including the prestigious Seattle Study Club. He is a member of the Cranston Dental Society (past president in 2000-2002), andof the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, American Board of Orthodontics, Rhode Island Dental Association, and Rhode Island Association of Orthodontists.
Outside the office, Dr. Cosmo enjoys local sports and spending time with his wife and three children. He volunteers his spare time with church organizations and various charitiessuch as the American Cancer Society and The Tomorrow Fund.

In addition, he is certified in the Biolase system, so he can provide advanced technologies for exposing and managing impacted teeth and soft tissue, as well as Botox for pain management of craniofacial pain. Thank you to Dr. Cosmo & his amazing staff! I never had braces as a child and I wasn't too convinced Invisalign would work for me. From the start, Dr. Cosmo was clear and informative and listened to my concerns. All of his tech staff in the back are fantastic! As a mom with little ones scheduling appts. can be tricky but the front end staff always found a way to make it work for my family and I. Shout out to Brenda, Olga & all the other front end staff for being so accommodating! My teeth went from being just okay to WOW! If you are considering Invisalign or braces, go check out Cranston Ortho under the care of Dr. Cosmo- you won't be disappointed!

AWWWWWFUUUUL ngll. My teeth aren't perfect, theyre just a somewhat more straight than before (I had crowding...now I have gaps). Come here if you want SUBPAR work done while also having the worst customer service (they yell at you for scheduling an appointment that THEY scheduled for you). RI should have better to offer...do your due diligence... ...Changing my rating from 2 stars to ONE because ZERO isn't an option and I genuinely think they gave me a form of the plague and I forgot about this but i'm still mad (when i called to push back my own appointment because i had COVID the receptionist COUGHED and CLEARED HER THROAT to GIVE ME ATTITUDE to then begrudgingly reschedule me).... I wish my experience at this office was one from fiction but I lived it and feel that I have barely survived (invisalign trays got STUCK in my mouth at my fitting....I WISH I WAS MAKING THIS UP). I am deeply unsatisfied with the work they did but speaking up here is like talking to a wall. My current dentist RECCOMENDS invisalign for less crowding--the concern that I had when I walked into this office more than one year ago. Pathetic. Holistically and just utterly disappointed in this place. I say RUN

Dr. Haralambidis is the man in his field! I mean it, very professional office and staff. I came in for Invisalign as an adult and had a seamless experience. The front desk staff was always very friendly and accommodating, and they made the whole experience very straight forward and convenient for me. Dr. Cosmo is a reputable orthodontist and truly made my experience as easy as it can get, from the financials to the top tier equipment he used for accurate results. I had a case of crowding and now I have a healthier and better looking set of teeth. Thank you Dr. Cosmo!

I came here to get Invisalign and it was a very easy process! They answered all my questions and it cost way less than I thought it would and only took me 3 months to straighten my teeth (I had braces before so I was just readjusting) 10/10 recommend!

The staff here are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and so does the environment. The music and movies in the back are cool little things that help too. Dr. Cosmo is funny guy that gets the job done. I just got my braces off today, glad it was done here.

I didn't expect to see this many bad reviews but then again I'm not surprised, probably should have looked out for reviews before contacting them! Well I learned that the hard way $3100 later. All I wanted was my gap closed, Invisalign was recommended but I wasn't seeing any improvement, I can't eat or brush my teeth, the gap opens right back and I was told my "gum was too soft" that's why it kept opening back, like really?. No alternative or any other treatment to help my problem so here I am today back to square one, gap and $3100 out of pocket gone.

I absolutely adore this place. The the first consultation to getting the braces on Day 1 to getting them off almost four years later. From the music they play while taking care of us to the movies they play in the back, the playful banter I hear to the fact that these people have followed me not only on the braces but personal experiences, they have seen me grown and I felt welcomed here. I love this place 10/10, 100/100!!

Got my braces here in high school and due to getting my wisdom teeth taken out recently, my teeth shifted so I came back and got an Invisalign and my results have been great. Love Dr.Cosmo!

I redact my previous review-but this office has some serious communication issues and customer service issues. My experience here was that I started with Invisalign but am now left with traditional braces which would have been fine if I was given the correct and sufficient information from the beginning. I would say ask questions but it's hard as a patient to know what questions to even ask.

Usualy 1 star review means the person is very mad. Im not mad. Im Mostly frustrated. I was a patient at this orthodontics office and during one appointment i was told i was going to get hooks to put elastics on. I received braces as well on the next appointment. Normally i would be a little bit annoyed but fine with it as time goes on. But I am not fine with the fact that at the appointment before i received braces, I was told that nothing would be put on my front teeth. Which at the next appointment was false. Im not sure what happened. Its a possibility it was miscommunication. But i am not the only person this has happened to. Most of my friends and family who have gone to you, have reported this same issue. I would like to ask that information like this, would be communicated more clearly and less rushed. Also to make the explaining sound less scammy or sketchy.
