Dr. Steven Fazzini was born in Rhode Island and is a lifelong resident of the state. He attended the University of Rhode Island, where he received a B.S. in Microbiology, graduating with honors. He then earned his D.M.D. degree from Tufts School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1978. Dr. Fazzini has practiced for more than 40 years, most of them being in Cranston, and is adept at all phases of general dentistry.

He has been a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), attending both Fellowship and Mastership in that organization. He has also been a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and has several national roles for the organization, including Group Benefits Council chair. Dr. Fazzini is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and has taken several courses at the Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education.

Dr. Fazzini has enjoyed years of traveling both nationally and internationally with his wife, Patti, when not at work. He is also an amateur historian and has researched the Cranston neighborhood where he practices dentistry. In his spare time, he also plays golf and the esoteric sport of Real (court) Tennis, which he enjoys at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport.

Dr. Farah Alayyoubi received her dual BA/DMD degree from Boston University. With both of her parents in the medical field, she also knew she wanted to pursue a career in health care. By combining her desire to serve her community and her great eye for detail, she began her pursuit in the field of dentistry. During her time at Boston University, she minored in Public Health and interned at the World Dental Federation headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Here she took part in global oral health initiatives and worked on the Noma Classification system.

In dental school, Dr. Alayyoubi volunteered at numerous screening events and homeless shelters around the local Boston area including Healing our Collaborative Community, Rosies Place and several others. After dental school, she elected to further her education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program in New York where she was able to improve her skills as a dentist.

Dr. Alayyoubi is passionate about treating her patients like family and enjoys learning about their life experiences and backgrounds. She individualizes her approach to each of her patients, ensuring that she can help them achieve their goals and desires. Dr. Alayyoubis approach to dentistry includes treating her patients as a whole and targeting healthier habits and preventive approaches for long-term healthy smiles. She enjoys volunteering at her local community garden, baking, and spending time with her friends and family in her spare time.

Dr. Fazzini is the most competent and trustworthy dentist. I had a broken tooth and needed a root canal. Zero pain, even the next day... THE BEST

Very quick and efficient. Dr Rogers and her staff are very good. I have a new Delta Dental out of California. Most Dentists around here don't accept them. CDA did, although my deductible for other procedures is thru the roof, at least CDA covered my basic cleanings exams etc. Painless and on time. Nice job. I'll keep them.

Terrible work and unethical practices. I was told I didn't have any cavities but that 3 fillings needed to be "redone". Why they needed redoing was never explained to me. When I went in the assistant asked if I "wanted white". She did not explain to me that I had choices or mention that this choice was not covered by my insurance. I was then charged $483 upon exit and handed a bill with a balance of $162. So I've been charged a total of $645 to fill 0 cavities. One filling is so deformed my retainer no longer fit and I have had to made an appointment with a different provider to correct this work. Seek a different dental practice.

I liked the place and the hygenist/dentist were nice, but I felt like most of the questions asked were sales related. "Do you have a manual toothbrush or electric?" I have a manual brush. "Oh, would you like to buy an electric brush today?" As I'm literally starting at their display of Oral-B electric tooth brushes. And then instead of a simple fix of purchasing an item literally at any grocery store/pharmacy/amazon, I get brought up surgery instead... But other than the sales tactics, I like this location!
