Great staff, great doctor. I was on time, he was on time. They were thorough and actually read and digested the forms I completed before meeting with me. He explained the issue concisely in a way that was understandable to me. I highly recommend his practice.

I could not recommend this team more! They have provided me with such a great quality of care, and my jaw pain is 100% gone. They met all of my needs and did a great job making sure I understood my plan of care. Additionally, they have provided me with many great conversations and laughs throughout all my appointments. I'm impressed by how well they remember me both as a person and a patient. I highly recommend Craniofacial Pain & Dental Sleep Center of Georgia!

First, the receptionist was very welcoming and took her time. I did not have to complete any more paperwork after I handed her the, first time patient packet, that I had filled out at home. The doctor was very, very thorough and patient. He listened carefully to what I said and asked a lot of questions. I complemented them both and told them I felt very welcomed and not rushed. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Doctor Patel and his staff are very friendly and down to earth. He is definitely on top of his game. There was no waiting. The X-rays and imprints were very thorough. And most importantly, the device works great...No snoring, no choking, no trouble breathing whatsoever. I highly recommend them!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME because of the their advertisement. They say they do half price but when you go there they say it's for none insurance customers. And when I said I don't want it they sent bill to me for broken appointment!

Dr Patel is so kind and patient. He listens thoughtfully and takes the time to ask questions and discuss problems and potential treatments and solutions. He never rushes through appointments and offers customized care. He is an excellent clinician.

So far so good. I went in yesterday, and they saw me even though I was late due to traffic. Yes, I had to pay over $500, but I was in pain and needed it to go away. After suffering for well over a year, I gave them the money with pleasure . I would have liked for my insurance to pay for it. In fact, I will be calling them to see if I can get reimbursed for some of the money. Dr. Patel was nice and professional. He diagnosed me with Trigeminal Neuralgia, and that was after seeing 9 different doctors. Last night was the first time my husband and I got a good night's sleep. I may need to adjust the medication, but for the most part, I feel somewhat better. I look forward to feeling 100% better.

Clean nice friendly informative but too pricey wish they took insurance consult and X-ray was $385 than you have to pay to go back for fitting of mouth guards and pay all that cost about almost $$5,000. They should consider taking insurance

This office is very clean, the ladies and Dr. Patel are like family, and they create such a positive experience! Worth the drive from Chattanooga, I'm glad I have found someone who actually has taken the time to help me with my TMJ and listen to my concerns. Dr. Patel is very sweet, I am very grateful for the positive treatment I have received and how it has helped me tremendously! (:

I first started seeing Dr. Patel 4 years ago (2016) and yesterday I got my original dental appliance for treating my sleep apnea updated to a new one. I continue to say Dr. Patel is amazing! Don't evaluate this solely on price - he might not be the low cost leader but i've had several friends get appliances for less and heard about problems and failures. Dr. Patel is all about successful outcomes - I will always pay more for that and I run my business, a digital agency, the same way and we are not the cheapo solution but I have many clients that have been with me for 10 or 15 years on their web projects. This is the rest of my original post from 2016. This team, Odie and Sherry, are great too. Dr. Patel spends time with you, he cares and along with his team, they are really interested in helping their patients. I STRONGLY recommend him as a top expert! I hated the Cpap route but the oral appliance (sort of an advanced mouth guard) he custom molded for me has significantly cured my snoring and apnea. When I had 1 problem about 2 years ago with some pain in my jaw he saw me and made sure we worked through it with some topical cream on my jaw.
