Dr. Goldenbaum, Dentist in Cranford, took ownership of the family owned practice in 2011, and is the third-generation dentist in Cranford, preceded by her father Dr. James Silverman and grandfather Dr. William Silverman. Dr. Goldenbaum expanded her existing practice in 2015, by assuming ownership of Cranford Smiles.
Dr. Goldenabaum earned a bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Maryland. She then attended UMDNJ, New Jersey Dental School. Following receipt of her DMD in 2003, she completed a one year general practice residency at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ. Dr. Goldenbaum developed a gentle touch and caring demeanor in her over 15 year practice of general dentistry
Dr. Goldenbaum is honored to serve on the New Jersey Dental Association Council for Dental Benefits. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Goldenbaum enjoys spending time with her husband Will and twin sons Zack and Donny.

Dr.Goldenbaum has treated me for over year and has been great and gentle. Very kind and takes time to explain and care for you. Everyone at the office is friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist also does an amazing job and super gentle. Highly recommend!

My experience at my dentist appointment today at Cranford Smiles was great and this is coming from someone who for the last 3 decades has had an indescribably intense fear of dentists. I never thought I would ever describe a dentist appointment as great. As soon as you walk into Cranford Smiles, the receptionist, Laura Mengel, puts you at ease. She is such a genuine, kind and caring person and so affable, reassuring and patient. The dental assistant to Dr. Kim Goldenbaum was more of the same. She was also very nice and kind to me. There was also no wait time-they took me right in at the exact time of my appointment, which is unusual based on my experiences at other dentist's offices. Dr. Goldenberg was excellent. She didn't make me feel nervous or bad about my teeth problems. She was very professional and personable,too. Most importantly, she was gentle and extremely expedient with the work she did. I was in and out within 45 minutes and the work she did on two cavities was great. I highly recommend Cranford Smiles and won't be going anywhere else for my dental work

Today was my first visit, I was taken to the exam/cleaning room within seconds of walking into the building. My questions were addressed, any concerns the doctors had for my dental health were explained to me as well as when my next visits should be. Highly recommend this office, I've never had such a smooth experience at a dentist before.
