Called 4 times to see if they received my records and no call back even though they say on the message they'll call you back the next business day that never happened. Now every time I call the message states they're closed no matter what time or day I call

I recently had a consultation appointment at the Loveland, CO location. All staff members, especially Savannah and Jodi, were very kind and personable to work with. Dr. Error laid out the available treatment options that were best suited to achieve optimal results based on my preferences. I'm excited to start treatment in January!

We now have two of our children seeing Dr. Seager and Dr. Error in both the Loveland and Fort Collins' locations. Everyone is always so welcoming, patient, and extremely professional! We have worked with other orthodontists, but Crane and Seager is by far the best! We are confident we are in good hands! A special shout out to Loupe in the Fort Collins office. Such an incredible communicator on explaining all our fun stuff in our welcome/take home packet. I have never heard anyone do such a phenomenal job on illustrating the reasons and describing how to self-care at home. Thank you Everyone!
