I am extremely happy with how I'm greeted and cared for by all of the staff including Dr. Crandall. As someone who has really bad dentist anxiety I recommend these kind folks. Fast forward to the new dentist... My husband went in to complete his deep cleaning appointments. He also needed a tooth extracted. He said she was not gentle and was in a big hurry. Dr. Crandall gave Novocaine shots without any pain at all. My husband said she hurt him giving him the shot. He felt like a number in her chair... one of many. I have terrible dentist anxiety... past trauma. I absolutely will not go to a new dentist unless I know for sure they will be careful, aware of my state of mind, and empathetic. I know I sound like a baby but I don't care... give me nitrous oxide and soft music and I can deal with it. It sounds to me like I need to find a new dentist.

A wonderful Dental Office! Everyone who works here is amazing! I was nervous to switch my children from a pediatric dentist to a family dentist. Dr. Crandall and his team made it a great experience for them. I cannot recommend Crandall Family Dentistry enough.

This is a friendly, warm business. The staff go the extra mile to get billing and insurance information correct. I feel like they know me. The clinical people are professional and technically competent. Overall, about as good an experience as going to the dentist can be.

I was very pleased with the professional atmosphere, the interaction, and treatment I received. I'm so happy that they also do a lot of the work themselves rather than have you go to several dentist to fix one tooth. Very impressed and excited to be a patient.

Their billing department needs help. It took 5 months for my insurance company to finally approve my claim. I had to call them. I had to follow up. They blamed my insurance company but it wasn't my insurance company because none of my CO workers have the same issue . They should not allow patients to make the appointment when the claim hasn't been processed and approved yet they said it was my job to follow up on that . Not going back again I miss Mary Anne when she worked for doctor Magelson.

Far and away the best trip to the dentist's office I've ever had. At check-in the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and the hygienist, Kanoe, seriously gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. I'm not what you would call the ideal dental patient since I don't remember to floss and typically go years between visits (thanks to bad experiences in the past), but Kanoe and Dr. Crandall were so great that I promptly booked my 6month exam before leaving. They took the time to answer all of my questions, didn't try to push any unnecessary procedures and were very personable & thorough. If you're looking for a dental office with a fantastic, knowledgeable staff look no further and schedule already! You won't be disappointed.

Our daughter just had another great cleaning...she really enjoys the way Dr. Crandall and his staff make her visits relaxed and fun. We really appreciate the extra effort to coordinate with her orthodontist to remove her wires and give her the best care possible! We highly recommend!!!

Went in for an emergency. I was told I would be getting a comprehensive evaluation. If that is what comprehensive is, Dr. Crandall has a problem. He was in my mouth for less than 2 minutes I on got a top teeth comp. Nothing with my bottom teeth. I have severe dental anxiety from past dentist. I told the office this more than once before making my appt.Covid had also caused longer than wanted wait time for appointments. I have several broken teeth and 2 abcess that needed help right away. No pain meds for a 1 or 2 days until the antibiotics worked, even though I asked. When I called to complain they said, I should have called over the weekend. I was there on a Thursday. They also had the excuse of "We had a crazy day at the office." I will be looking elsewhere. Compassion is something this dentist has none of. They need serious organization help.
