Ive always known that I wanted to work in the healthcare field. Coupled with the fact that I enjoy working with my hands, dentistry has proven to be a most satisfying career choice. This professional path was previously laid out for me by my grandfather, who owned a successful dental practice in Arkansas. A respected member of our hometown community and a great family man, my grandfather definitely had an influence in my life.
Growing up in North Little Rock, AR, I was active in sports throughout elementary and high school. I received my undergraduate degree, a BA in Microbiology, from the University of Arkansas. In 2004, I graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry with my Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. For the next eight years, I practiced dentistry in Nashville, TN, where I owned my first practice.

We just moved to Crandall. I had been to 2 other Dentists that said I needed thousands of dollars worth of work I needed to get done before they would even do a cleaning. I had some skepticism going to see Dr. Cornish, but boy did he exceed my expectations! I had my first cleaning done in YEARS and he was so patient with me. Thank you to his team as well. Overall great experience!

I am like most people and loathe going to the dentist, but now that - I found this office, I am no longer hesitatate!! The office is very welcoming and every office member, I had aninteraction with was amazing !! They always go out of their way to ensure I am comfortable!! Thank you Crandall Dental !!!

Kassandra Bowie is one of the best dental technicians I ever had. She's very thorough but it doesn't feel that way! She's also very careful and gentle. Love Dr. Cornish, very professional and detailed.

Staff are all friendly. Kassandra does a great job getting your teeth nice and sparkly clean! Dr. Cornish is pleasant and thorough. Have been going here for years and never had a bad experience!

Best dentist I've ever been to. Gentle, kind and affordable. Melanie is very good at her job and made my experience very pleasant. Dr. Cornish and Melanie both took the time to explain the work I needed and listened to my needs and concerns. I am so happy I found your office. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

I went for a teeth cleaning and the hygienist was gentle and thorough. I love the way my teeth feel after cleaning. Dr. Cornish then checked my teeth and gave me a clean bill of health. Front office are friendly folks. I'll be back.

They treat you like family and they are very nice people. They pulled my tooth out and didn't charge me so much my other dentist said it would be $250 to get pulled out but not here. I highly recommend this dentist

Loving my experience today! The staff were professional and very friendly. Clinic was well run and efficient. Easy on/off the highway and front door parking. I am happy to be under the dental care of Dr. Cornish.

Dr. Cornish and his staffs are amazing!!! Great dentist and awesome dental work. The best dentist and I highly recommended him. I drive over an hour, but I do not mind at all!!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Finally a professional dentist with a heart. I had problems with my insurance and this was my 3rd dentist to see in a week. But the first dentist to say " I'm not gonna let you leave in this condition" I was abscessed, swollen and in major pain. This office is full of Angel's in my opinion

Great people! The dentist and staff are so friendly and caring. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything so I understood. No surprises with my bill and work with my insurance. Prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend Dr. Cornish and his staff.

Everyone is very nice and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Cornish went out of his way to help me even before I came to the office. During my visit he actually listened to me and I knew he cared, and they explained everything to me before and during the process so I always knew what to expect every step of the process. This is my dentist from now on. I recommend him highly.
