My worst fear is a dentist! Let me explain I hate the dentist and haven't gone in over 10 years. I broke my tooth and needed a root canal plus a lot of cavities that i neglected over the years to be filled. Let me tell you, Dr Saad and her staff were absolutely amazing. She was so gentle with me. She explained step by step what she was doing the time. Now i've been to her office over 8 times in the past few months and i came over my fear and anxiety because of her. I"m so grateful to find a good dentist who actually cares about her patients.

Dr. Saad is a the best dentist I have ever had. She is very gentle and explains everything she is doing as she goes. This has been the best dental experience from beginning to end.

Dr. Saad and all the staff at the office are exceptional. If you're looking for a new dentist I wouldn't recommend looking anywhere else. She is very gentle and explains everything throughout the procedure. She has done multiple root canals and other cosmetic work on me and I've never experienced any type of pain. Never going anywhere else. Best dentist ever !

My experience with Cranbury Dental has been nothing but pleasant ever since I switched coverages. I've never genuinely enjoyed going to the dentist until Dr. Saad, she honestly the whole process so comfortable and I especially like how she walks you through her every move so you know what to expect. I definitely recommend her to anyone with an unpleasant dental experience she will totally change your perspective!

Dr. Sarah Saad is the best dentist I've ever experienced, and her mother before her who preceded her in the practice. She carefully walks you through each procedure beforehand, and then gently and cautiously moves into the action needed with the steadiest of hands. I just had a root canal and a temporary crown installed and i couldn't believe that there was absolutely no pain. Modern science with an expert who knows how to use it. Jessica her Assistent was also silent but golden. And Neveen at the front desk who keeps the schedule is just a gem. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Grant Berry - Minister and Author 12/11/21

Horror story UPDATE: Healthy tooth Saad was supposed to do a cosmetic filling change on may now need a ROOT CANAL!!! -------------- EXCRUTIATING PAIN! An experience that will make you fear the dentist. This was the most painful dental work I have ever experienced. Three injections of anesthetic for a routine filling change was a big red flag. The pain continued after the work, well after a month. The filling had a sharp edge that was cutting my tongue that she filed down. She did not address the pain when chewing. She did her revision in a matter of minutes. Needless to say, the pain continued. I called back and was told that they were nice enough to fix it the first time and she did not know what more to do. Nice enough? I was shocked that they feel like they are doing me a favor by correcting shoddy work. Visually, it appears that the filling is not done properly. Also, it is very painful to chew. I am going to a COMPETENT dentist. A filling replacement that had no pain to start with is as basic as it gets ladies and gentleman. A professional that causes damage and leaves a patient in pain is neither professional nor ethical.

The most professional dentists you'll ever go to, the most patient dentists yet the fastest in getting the job done for you with minimal pain or no pain at all, she manages to make your experience as smooth as it could go, no needles pain from the Novocain which is honestly everyone worst fears of the dentists, best part is you get to choose the flavor of your numbing gel who doesn't that! Most of all she is that professional in her job that she walks you through every step she is going to take and every move she's making, and even what to expect from the tool she's using. Dr Saad's is a blessing to have by all means, wouldn't recommend her enough and honestly I love Going to the dentists now.

I would like to share our positive experience with Cranbury Dental Services, Inc.! After our 2nd baby, my wife needed some major dental work. We had gone through several dentists in our area and we were in need of a dentist with a high quality work. I would like to share that Dr. Sara Saad at Cranbury Dental has no comparison in a quality work and delivering an outstanding customer experience! She explains every detail of the procedure step-by-step patiently; It clearly shows she enjoys her profession! Dr. Saad, we appreciate your dedication and professionalism! I will also have to state that Cranbury Dental staff makes sure all the approvals and paperwork are ready prior of every visit! Every one of our visit, at least 10 so far, has been hassle free. We only show up at our scheduled appointment, the rest is taken care of! Good job at confirming our appointments promptly and working with us to reschedule appointments according to our busy schedule! Works we had done range from a filling to a post and crown: everything is a top notch!!! Every visit has been received with a warm welcome! Every single second of our time is well spent at Cranbury Dental! Thank you Cranbury Dental!

I wish I could give zero stars. Very unprofessional staff, starting from the front desk to the doctors. I called today to make an appointment for a root canal that recently got approved, only to be met with disrespect from the front desk and a sarcastic tone. The lady on the phone refused to give me her name and hung up on me when I confronted her that she was being very unprofessional and that I will change provider with the insurance. It started from the first visit with Dr. Hanna who was being disrespectful towards me and my mother and kicked me out of the room where I was waiting to help with the translation. Would not recommend this facility for anyone who is seeking a professional and a courteous interaction since they take their patients for granted and address them with the utmost disrespect!

Ever since I was a kid I have hated the idea of going to the dentist and put it off. Dr. Sara Saad is so AMAZING at what she does that she's eliminated that fear. She is so thorough and kind and definitely goes above and beyond for her patients. She explains everything she doing every step of the way and makes sure everything is crystal clear to you. I drive over an hour to visit her office because she is THAT great. I highly recommend her and I will never go to another dentist.

I've been going here for several years now and the quality of work and care has always been top tier. I've had a ton of work done over time correcting many mistakes from previous dentists and now I can finally wake up each day without fiddling with tooth filler or dealing with pain throughout the day. I'm able to communicate confidently, knowing people aren't focusing on my teeth anymore, and I don't have this overall dread of knowing I have to deal with the issue at some point or another. Instead.. it's all just, fixed.. and every time I go for a checkup or cleaning, I am in perfect shape. It is such a burden lifted. Before going to Cranbury, I had been to several not so great dentists over the years, which left me with 2 pulled teeth, 2 cracked teeth, several fillings that were improperly done and needed to be fixed, and cavities. These were the types of dentists that make people say they hate going to the dentist. I paid them a lot of money, they made poor suggestions (like pulling teeth that could have been fixed), and did poor work that would lead to infections and cavities and ultimately need to be redone. I wrongfully assumed this was just how dentists were. When I first saw Dr Hana, she took a full xray of my mouth, noted all of the issues, and then came up with a plan to fix everything strategically over time. The girls working up front made sure to work with my insurance and made it so I never went over my allotment for the year and had to pay too much out of pocket. Slowly but surely, all of my teeth were fixed and Dr. Hana's plan was complete. I now finally know what it's like to just stop in at the dentist twice a year to get things checked out and cleaned, and leave happy. I couldn't recommend Cranbury Dental enough.

I don't think I could ever go to a different dentist office ever again. It most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dentist. The office staff and team in the office is so nice and accommodating to anything you need. Dr. Sara is such a delight and I have never seen a dentist go above and beyond for his patients the way she does. She always make sure you are comfortable, satisfied, and fully informed during the entire process of any procedure or cleaning. I've had many cavities and even a root canal performed at the office and even those normally bother some procedures were tolerable and easy at her office. I've been going there for years and before are used to be deathly afraid of the dentist but I have to say ever since going to Dr. Sara I have not been afraid of the dentist anymore.

Wish I could give zero stars! They do not honor appointment times! I came with my daughter today at 4:15pm for an appoitment that was scheduled for 4:30pm and I was told that a doctor could not see me because she has other patients and that my appointment was scheduled for 4pm, not 4:30pm. When I said I have a card given to me at the front desk three weeks ago and that it's clearly written Oct. 22, 4:30pm on it, a receptionist responded " look at my computer screen. It says 4pm". Instead of admitting their mistake and trying to resolve the issue, she talked to me like I was the problem. Very rude and unprofessional! Neither my family nor I are going back!

Dr. Saad is the best dentist I've ever been to. She is so gentle and her work is impeccable (for reference she replaced my many silver fillings with the tooth-colored filling). She always walks you through what she is doing while you're in the chair so there's no surprises - great if you're an anxious patient! Somehow she makes the novocaine injections not painful, which I always found to be the worst part of procedures. Could not recommend her enough! Honestly thinking of going back to this office despite moving out of NJ. That's how much I love her!

Dr. Saad makes you feel comfortable from the time you sit in her chair, till you leave. She's very gentle and accommodating. The staff from her assistant to the front desk are always helpful, professional and always kind.

I am not happy with the result. My teeth were great when I came in for a cleaning. But after weeks, I felt strong sensitivity on my teeth when I eat/ drink anything slightly hot or cold. I have done cleanings at other clinics before and did not experience any sensitivities afterward. The dentist herself was nice, but she damaged my gum. Never come back again.

I absolutely can't believe this experience. Unprofessional from the dentist and the receptionists. I asked before I left their office if I should make the appointment with the endodontist or wait. They said wait and we'll call you when it's approved. Referring me out saying I just need a root canal. Waiting over a month because I'm told I shouldn't make an appointment until the insurance approves it. The dentist never calls me so I call to check if it's been approved and they said I should have already had it done and been back to them. I'd been waiting for their call! Then, I get them to send the x-rays to the endodontist and they keep calling if I've made my appointment with the endodontist yet. Try to make it and find out the endodontist called Dr Sarah and let them know I have 2 teeth needing pulled and the "root canal" they said I needed is a fractured tooth instead. They didn't even call to tell me their mistake.
