I have been going there for years. I had the best filling done there, with virtually no pain. Recently, I needed a crown done. I was nervous, but they really reassured me it would be ok. Then, when I needed to reschedule an appointment, they were amazing. When I my time came, they did an absolutely amazing job. I'm chewing again, surprisingly little pain, and a tight fit. I'm very happy. Thank you guys.

Recently we had to find a new dentist after 30 years. So glad we choose Cranberry. Every staff member is kind, caring, and professional. My husband had a dental emergency after our initial visit, he was, taken in that day. know our names

I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist.The hygienist the dentist the assistant even the lady at the desk Great hospitality and they eased my anxietyI'm so happyI found this dentist I highly recommend.I just finally finished my root canal and I am very happy. Looking for a dentist that cares go here.

I was a patient there for 7 years and the customer service has been consistently going downhill. I called to report severe pain in my tooth in hopes of getting in asap. I was met with complete disregard for human compassion and she was just plain rude. I was told I owed $35 from "missed appts from 2019 & 2020 and I HAD to pay before I would be seen again". I was transferred to the office manager, Jen (I believe was her name). I explained the situation behind the "missed appts" I had made with plenty of time to spare (one being my father passed away) and was told "everyone has their own issues, their own excuses". I was in absolute shock. I was spoken down to, degraded, devalued, dismissed etc. I already have enough anxiety, seeing a dentist, I don't need to be worried about what they'll be saying about me behind my back or whether or not I'm getting quality care. It's gives off a very catty environment vibe. I reached out to a higher up (Paul) who is a sweetheart and the only reason 1 star was given, and he was more then willing to waive the fee, and very apologetic but it was time for me to move on. The last thing you want to feel is uncomfortable at your dentist. I have since seen another dentist who, within half an hour, diagnosed my pain, something Cranberry Dental was unable to do for years.

Nicole at Cranberry Dental is a real gem of a hygienist! I've had dozens of hygienists over the years, and Nicole is the best I've ever had! She is kind, courteous, smart as a whip, and never makes me feel rushed. She answers every single question I have. I feel completely at ease from the moment I sit in her chair. She always tells me what she's going to do before doing it, and asks how it feels before moving on. An all around good person, and the BEST at what she does, Nicole is a REAL KEEPER tsu

This owner of this facility follows up on how patients are treated and my prior review is no longer true- they have followed up on my issues and things that we all dont see on the outside & will never understand, have been rectified. I stand behind cranberry dental !

I have an overwhelming fear of the dentist, to the point that I was shaking in terror when I had to get my cavity filled. Getting all my work done took multiple appts and Dr. Sturm was amazing. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained each step. He also remembered conversations we had had and made me feel like he really care. The staff from reception to hygienists were also wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Very thorough and professional! Staff are extremely pleasant!
