Dr. Edward R. Robison, D.D.S., is a native of Monroeville, Pa. He was educated at St. Bernadette School and the Gateway School District, and is a graduate of UCLA, with a B.A. degree in Biology. Dr. Robison completed his doctorate at Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. in May, 1980.
After spending two and a half years as a general dentist for the National Health Service Corps in rural southern Illinois, Dr. Robison returned to practice comprehensive dentistry in Cranberry Township in 1983, and is an active member of the Pittsburgh Dental Network, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and Western Pennsylvania Dental Association, where he continues to increase his knowledge with the most advanced dental applications.

Dr. Robison is always very thorough and professional in his exams and if you happen to need a procedure done he is always a perfectionist whether it be a filling or a crown, it all will be perfect when he's finished. Currently his office is experiencing staffing issues, like everywhere else, so appointments can be problematic but my opinion is Dr. Ed is worth it if you want a great quality dentist.

Dr Robison is up to date on the latest and best dental procedures required for your comfort. He's the only dentist I let fill my teeth without novocaine, altering gas, or sedation. The staff is well-trained, accommodating, and congenial, as is Dr Robison.

Showed up for my appointment a few minutes early. Lights were out, door was locked. Oddly, I received the confirmation text the day before. I left a voicemail but haven't heard anything back, going on 5 days now. Unfortunate because Dr Ed is so nice but there seems to be a lot of uncertainty here.

As a cash patient, I felt like I was taken advantage of this visit. I was not given a estimate of what a crown would cost for a tooth I just had a implant done on. Dr. Ed did a lot of my work. My crown he did for this tooth was cheaper. It would not hold so he told me get implant. I go back to get model made and was shocked by what it cost me. I came home and called other dentists and found out how much cheaper they would of been. I will not go back again. Time to find a new dentist.

Dr. Ed has a calming presence and wonderful bedside manner. He is incredible with our children. We have called him a couple of times off hours for emergencies relating to our children and he even met us in his office at 11pm at night on his birthday to check out our son's teeth! We also love his staff who always make us and our children feel welcome and at ease.

Been seeing Dr. Robison since I was in college after moving here in 1994 to go to Pitt. Always been scared of dentists, but Dr. Robison has been so excellent. Knowing other dentists on a personal basis, they have always had the utmost respect for Dr. Robison and consider him one of the best. They have also said, there are so many horrible barely competent dentists in the area, so it's great when you hear you found a reputable one. He is an honest, patient-centered, well-respected dentist in the area.
