My experience at the office was fine. I was happy at the end until I received a $380 bill. I have dental insurance. I had a cavity filled and a cleaning done. They did an X-ray on my whole mouth and it wasn't covered by insurance. They should have let me know it may not be covered and I would have elected for the traditional X-rays or to not have had it done. Total spent $399. With insurance. They should be warning people. Ridiculous. I'll be taking my dental work elsewhere.

Dr. Robbin Cramer and her staff are always professional and they care about each and every patient! The office is always clean and well taken care of. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Cramer Dental is the best!! Their staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. In addition, they are very thorough and have always built a treatment plan that works best for me! Super clean. super efficient. super friendly! Can't say enough good things about them!

Updating to add that once this was finally escalated to the owner of the practice and I wrote this review the issue was resolved. I do appreciate her contacting me personally. I would give this office zero stars if I could. While the dentist and hygienist were nice, I was not provided an estimate in advance of a very costly procedure and was surprised when I was told I needed to pay $1200, immediately after the procedure was completed. The person in the billing office assured me this is not how they normally do things and profusely apologized for the fact that I was not given an estimate. At that time I paid them $1200 out of pocket. 8 months later I receive a bill from the office for that same procedure for over $600 and when I called to ask why they said I needed to contact the insurance company because they wouldn't pay and that is why I have to pay more. When I spoke to my insurance company I was informed that they didn't pay because the office did not provide sufficient evidence that the procedure was even needed. Since then I have made multiple attempts to call and email the office and they refuse to respond, yet continue to send me bills with increasing finance charges added on. This is so incredibly unethical and I would never recommend this dental practice to anyone. BEWARE!!!!
