I had a great experience. I had to have a tooth removed. I hate the Novacaine shots. But I only felt one tiny pinch. The Dentist did an Amazing job at making me feel comfortable. Heidi his assistant was AWESOME! She helped make me feel safe.

I was nervous about finding a new dentist since we moved from another state...esp because dental work is "not my favorite thing"...but everyone we met at this practice yesterday was kind and patient and thorough. Feeling grateful. Recommend without hesitation!

Dr. Puchalsky came in for me when the office was closed due to serious pain i was experiencing to help me which he did. He performed a root canal 2 days later as a permanant solve. Staff always friendly. You cant ask for anything more than this.

The dentist was an hour late for the first appointment of the day and saw my daughter for maybe 3 minutes. I would have appreciated it if the receptionist had informed me of this so I could have rescheduled for my 2 year old. My insurance company will still receive a nice bill, I am sure.

Absolutely perfect. Doctor understands my cleft palate issues and he is very professional with his approach and applications. He even took time to talk to me about questions I had about correcting some of my massive misalignment issues. He was honest and said my teeth were very healthy for my condition and to leave be. Very honest!

I have been going to Dr. Puchalsky for years and his practice is absolutely stellar from top to bottom. Not only do you not feel judged, there is a genuine desire to help with any facet of your dental care. I recently received cosmetic dentistry, with crowns, bridges and root canals. My smile is absolutely gorgeous and natural. The dental technicians are equally invested and are incredibly professional in what they do. The front desk staff know you and your family by name and are fantastic at helping with insurance and any other roadblock you may encounter at getting your smile healthy. Dr. Puchalsky responds immediately in emergency situations, and is by far, the most accessible dentist I've ever had. His work is outstanding and he is a true perfectionist. He is so laid back and has a great sense of humor on top of it all. My kids are at ease in his office and he is experienced in every aspect of dentistry including braces, root canals and cosmetic dentistry. If you are looking for someone to do your Botox or fillers, I can also attest to his prowess in that area as well. Dr. Puchalsky did my Botox and lip filler with natural results. Dentists have unique experience in facial muscles and injectables to begin with and I felt completely at ease knowing the results were going to be natural. Dr. Puchalsky and his entitle staff are highly recommended for a variety of reasons and I could not be happier with my results.

Great atmosphere and good work for the most part fillings and root canals we're easy and well done. Crowns are a different story, neither fit correctly and caused him issues for years. All I was told by Dr. P was "they're impacted." Nah the crowns didn't fit right and it was painfully obvious (literally). Had them redone and removed dead tissue and decay caused by ill fitting.

I had a dental infection that required a root canal. I have always had awful dental anxiety and have trouble with long procedures. Dr. Puchalsky and his staff made me feel very relaxed from start to finish. They did not make me feel bad for being anxious. They made jokes with me during the procedure. They allowed me to wear my headphones. His work was fast and efficient. He is extremely kind and his staff is wonderful! Now when I think of a root canal im not the least bit nervous. Can't say enough good things about this practice!
