Magnification makes an enormous difference to the quality and accuracy of dental treatment. At Dr. Kohlers office, we see beyond and go beyond practicing microscopic dentistry. Many dentists are limiting themselves to low-magnification loupes or even do their work without magnification. In the examination, dentists working without magnification are more likely to leave small pockets of decay.
Over time, this tooth decay can cause holes that go deep into your teeth, sometimes all the way to the root. Untreated decay could result in a need for large fillings and possible root canals. Early detection can prevent costly treatments compared to the low cost of a small cavity filling.
Using a microscope also allows Dr. Kohler to use much smaller burrs when prepping a tooth for restorative treatment and only remove very little tooth structure. Preserving the integrity will extend the life of the tooth.
Some features of tooth damage, like many kinds of cracks, are just not visible without significant magnification. The microscope is also used to video record treatment to answer any additional questions your insurance might have. Video record allows Dr. Kohler to educate our patients to take better care of their oral health.

Dr. Kohler and his team gave me the best dental experience I have ever had! I have been to my fair share of dentists and Dr. Kohler is the first one to take the time to explain my dental X-rays in depth, he even showed me a video of his findings using his fancy microscope which I have never seen at any other dental office. I am most impressed by Dr. Kohler's ability to adjust my bite on my first visit. I had gotten a crown a few years back at a chain dental office and my bite never felt correct since the procedure. Dr. Kohler was able fix the other dentist's poor work by adjusting the crown, now my mouth feels better than ever. I have always struggled to trust dentist's and their judgement but Dr. Kohler is the first dentist I can fully trust!

Dr Kohler has been our dentist for the past 20 years. I have had some extensive work on my mouth. He recently came in on a holiday weekend to fix a dental emergency. His work is superb. He is always so pleasant and accommodating. If you're looking for a new dentist that does beautiful work I recommend his services.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Dr. Kohler is a great dentist, he thoroughly and accessibly explains what he's doing, why he's doing it, and what he saw in your teeth to warrant the work. His staff is capable and kind, surely in imitation of their boss who is also incredibly capable and kind. In the past I felt shamed when I went to the dentist because my teeth weren't in great shape. Dr. Kohler and his staff simply worked on the teeth and helped me put a plan in place to get my teeth to a better place. Also I experienced 0 pain getting a filling for the first time ever. He even uses a special system to numb you so you don't feel the injection. You will not regret making Dr. Kohler your dentist.

Dr. Kohler is an artist of cosmetic dentistry. I have more experience with dentists than I care to admit and I've never found anyone like him. Even other dentists have praised his work when they've seen his work. Best investment I've made to my person. Oh.. and he's an extrmeley nice person.

Dr. Kohler is a spectacular dentist! Dr. Kohler will do anything he possibly can to save your teeth and try to prevent you from having major issues in the future. Dr. Kohler has not just helped fix my teeth but has motivated me to take care of my teeth now more than ever. Dr. Kohler is an expert with teeth traction. If you want a perfect bite, this is the place to visit. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. The office is very helpful when I've had emergency issues or needed a quick adjustment.

What a great experience! Dr. Kohler is very passionate and driven about his work. He loves what he does and it shows. Check out his MOTSY invention for everyday oral care to see what I mean. Dr. Kohler pays attention to all the details and incorporates video and microscopic dentistry. He spoke about my dental X-rays in depth which showed me for the first time just how much those X-rays can communicate. His exam was comprehensive and thorough. He was honest, direct, straightforward, and enjoyable to interact with. He is well connected in the industry and his practice uses top-notch equipment. I am so glad my wife and I went to Dr. Kohler.

Dr. Kohler is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I've had a good bit of work done lately and each time I am left feeling like I just had a world-class experience from a true expert. He's patient, skilled, gentle, and explains what he is doing very well. Beyond that, his staff and office team are awesome. I also purchased a unique teeth-cleaning system he invented, which has really helped. Very good COVID protocols, too: High quality HEPA filters, staff wear good masks. 10/10.

Dr Craig Kohler is the best dentist I have ever been to. Friendly staff, especially Brandon. It was a wonderful experience as my tooth came out perfect. The anesthetic he administered barely hurt unlike the hook method and I couldn't feel a thing. He's the artist of dentistry.

Dr. Craig Kohler and his whole office gave me the best experience I've ever had at a dentist! I appreciated him taking video and explaining everything to me on the big screen. He even uses a microscope while doing his work. You can tell he actually cares about my teeth and health which makes me feel like he cares for me as a person. It was easy to see Dr. Kohler is passionate about his work and loves his job and is well educated. He even invented this really cool toothbrush with attachments and a light so you can clean your teeth well. The staff was welcoming, kind, warm hearted and good at their job! You should definitely go to this dentist.

I've been seeing Dr. Kohler for all my dentistry needs for about 6 years now and can't say enough good things about him, his staff, and his office. The first thing I noticed after multiple visits of regular cleanings is that the office is constantly changing. This is great because it means Dr. Kohler is staying on top of the constant advances in the industry and has the latest technology. This is very important when it comes to pain management, which is very important to me. Second, his staff is highly trained and they actually listen to you. They've been great in helping me build on my regular cleaning regimen which has led to less visits! I've referred multiple friends and family to Dr. Kohler's office, and will continue to do so. I suggest you get yourself there too.

All the staff are friendly & very attentive. The office is clean & they have everything you could need to be comfortable from massage chair to personal face wipes after your treatment. Dr. Kohler is very knowledgeable, kind & attentive to all the details. He took all the time I needed to understand & to get my treatment just right. I would highly recommend his office. It's in a great location & accessible by train as well.
