is a caring dentist who strives to provide an exceptional dental experience for every patient. He believes that everyone deserves a pleasant and comfortable root canal experience. His goal is to have his patients leave with a smile on their face and looking forward to their next stage of treatment. After attending Yeshiva University and graduating cum laude, he then attended UMDNJ dental school and finished in the top of his class. Immediately after finishing dental school he completed a general practice residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where he focused on comprehensive as well as complex dental cases.

He then went on to complete his Endodontic residency at UMDNJ, the only endodontic program in New Jersey. While there he trained under some of the most prominent and well respected endodontists in the country. He received training utilizing the newest and most cutting edge technology. Dr. Berry achieved the highest honor that an endodontist can receive by becoming board certified within a year of graduating his residency. The board certification process demonstrates an exceptional skill, knowledge and overall expertise in the field of endodontics. Less than 20% of endodontists in the world are board certified. He is one of the youngest endodontists to ever receive this honor.

Dr. Berry maintains his board certification with the American Association of Endodontics College of Diplomates, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and Nassau County Dental Society.

Born and raised in New York, Dr. Wendy Rosen, DMD attended Queens College where she earned her Bachelor of the Arts. She then attended Rutgers University Dental School (formally knows as the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) where she was president of the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society. Dr. Rosen continued her education in a one-year General Practice Residency program in Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. She was chosen to be the Chief Resident and awarded the Resident of the Year award.

After working for a year as a general practitioner, Dr. Rosen attended NYU Lutheran Medical Center for her specialty training in Endodontics. She was also chosen to be Chief Resident of that program. Dr. Rosen received an award for her research conducted in the hospital on The Prevalence of New Pediatric Patients Presenting to NYU Lutheran Medical Centers Sunset Park Clinic with Endodontically Involved Permanent Teeth.

Dr. Wendy Rosen is a Board Certified Endodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Rosens compassionate and friendly demeanor makes the endodontic procedure pleasant for both adults and pediatric patients.

Dr. Barry Goodman is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry and practiced general dentistry for several years before specializing in Endodontics. He completed his endodontic training at Kingsbrook Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Goodman is currently the Chief of Endodontics in the Department of Dental Medicine at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, and is an Attending on the dental staff at Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Goodman is also an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at NYU College of Dentistry.

Dr. Goodman is committed to endodontic education and has been teaching the art of Endodontics for over 30 years. Dr. Goodman is married, has four children and three grandchildren. He enjoys biking, golf, fishing, yoga and spending time with his family.

There is nothing as good as a natural tooth. However, sometimes your tooth may need root canal therapy in order for it to be a healthy part of your mouth. An endodontist is a dentist with two to three additional years of training that is specifically focused on diagnosing and treating problems involving the nerves of teeth.

Endodontists have advanced training in both surgical and nonsurgical therapy that allows them to perform routine as well as complex procedures. They are adept at all aspects of root canal treatments including: root canal therapy, root canal retreatment and apicoectomy. They are also experienced at helping to find the cause of oral and maxillo-facial pain which is often times difficult to diagnose.

I never thought I would be writing about a positive experience at a dentist's office but I have to give 5 stars to Dr. Berry for a painless root canal. He saw me after hours this weekend for an emergency root canal. He was really wonderful. He's very knowledgeable, professional with an excellent bedside manner who really cares about his patients and his craft. The office is spotless and the equipment is state of the art. I am very lucky to have found him when I did. I had a really positive experience with this office and highly recommend them if you need a root canal.

My dentist referred me to Dr Barry for a root canal. Prior to my arrival to the office, I was extremely nervous. I did not know what to expect. Once I arrived, I was impressed by the office, staff, and of course Dr Barry. He was very kind and put my mind at ease.

It was a good start. The office took me in the same day due to pain I was having. As a new patient, I made sure they accepted Aetna. I immediately emailed the office my most recent x-rays and insurance card. That was at 10am. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30pm. I traveled from Brooklyn to this office. I arrived in an uber with my girlfriend who I've been quarantined with due to covid. The waiting room was empty. The office assistant almost immediately informed me that "she cannot be in here." Upon explaining we did not have a car to wait in, and there were no benches outside, she shrugged her shoulders. If you're wondering, we had on our masks. Finally, after filling out the in-office forms, I was informed they do not accept this particular form of Aetna, "DMO." The office assistant, Michelle, admitted fault and told me she did not see this on my card when I sent it. After traveling from Brooklyn, kicking my girlfriend to the curb, admitting negligence when reviewing my insurance, this office assistant told me the doctor could make a diagnosis for $175, or $300 if he had to use a 3D scan. Out of pocket. Perhaps the doctor is good and nice, but this person was on some kind of power trip. Both negligent and rude.

Dr. Berry is professional endodontist with the gentlest of hands and a most courteous demeanor. My pain tolerance is virtually zero and I was so relieved when he said my root canal was done and I had felt no pain the entire time. Absolutely amazing! I would recommend and give Dr. Berry 1000 stars on this review if I could!!!

Due to a fear of dentists and the pandemic, I've put off going until i had no choice. Haha Fortunately, Dr Berry put me right at ease and did a tremendous job with my root canal. I anticipated a lot of Pain when the Novocain wore off, but no, just a tiny bit of soreness and today it's perfect! Thank you Dr Berry! I highly recommend you and your entire team!

ABSOLUTELY amazing staff!! Dr Berry and his staff were very professional and courteous. As an individual that is petrified of the dentist, this team was extraordinary and compassionate. Not that I need to, or want to return...but I or you need an endodontist, this is the team. Heartfelt thank you

I recently had a root canal done by Berry. I was anxious about having this done, but Dr. Berry put me at ease and I am happy to report that the procedure, as promised, was pain free!

I highly recommend Dr. Berry. He is an extremely highly qualified endodontist who is recognized as top in his field. He treated multiple failed root canals that I had done initially elsewhere in years past. His procedures are close to painless and his treatment of canals is entirely thorough.

Dr. Berry is terrific. He is highly skilled and very kind. Getting a root canal is not that fun, but he did a great job and was able to complete all of the work in a single visit. Much appreciated.
