I love this place! I cannot stress enough how amazing they are. For years I went to other dental offices that were horrible! Murray dental always picks up their phones, when they say they'll do something, they follow through. The customer service is outstanding. I always leave their feeling like I'm valued as a patient. Both of my kids have told me how much they like going to Murray Dental.

Office staff is great. Dentist is horrible. On multiple occasions I would be scheduled for a procedure that he recommended and while sitting in the chair he says he can't do it that day and will have to reschedule. He seems to waist a lot of time talking about irrelevant things like cars or boats or whatever and wastes a lot of time. At first i thought he was just trying to make casual conversation but then it started to seem like he just wasn't right. I would try to talk to change the subject back to my teeth and he would keep talking about something else. Just very strange. I continued to go this dentist for about a year but it just got worse and worse every time. And the last time I went the dentist was being very rude and nasty with people and the office staff where having to apologize for his behavior like he was there 5 year old. Not sure what's going on here but definitely would not recommend this dentist.

I've been coming to Murray Dental for around 5 years. MANY people have warned me to stay away from Dr. Craig Murray because after the father retired, Craig took over and supposedly the office went downhill. I Ignored everyone because I love Roseann, the Hygienist. My last appointment was rescheduled from Roseann to a new Hygienist that just started - it would have been nice to receive a call to let me know Roseann changed her schedule. I ended up loving the new Hygienist! Like ALL of the visits here, I had to wait a LONG time for Dr. Craig Murray to see me, it normally don't bother me because I have no where else to be. This last visit , Dr. Craig Murray was a complete A**hole, I have never seen him like this. He was even b*tchy to the Hygienist! This is my last appointment here, I should have listened to everyone over the years. He's money hungry, always recommend stuff that you don't necessarily need. Run from this dentist.

I cannot stress this enough PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEE Do not go to this dentist!!!! Unless you are ok with your fillings falling out after just a few months of getting them done I wouldn't recommend this dentist. I literally would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

I have insurance and previously went to other dentist that My insurance covered which were not nice dentist at all! So I decided to find a different dentist who I could just pay cash for hoping this dentist would be better. Well I was wrong. Very very wrong. Please do your research. Craig literally seems like he's on the spectrum and is never on time. He constantly rescheduled me for work that I already had an appointment for because he's always talking about nonsense instead of doing his job. He runs behind every single time. And it would be one thing if his work was worth it but believe me ITS NOT! The staff is amazing and I feel so bad that they have to put up with him and his nonsense. He is literally rude to them as well as his customers. One of my fillings ON MY FRONT TOOTH came out! Please please please find a different dentist.

Dr Murray and his staff are amazing! I have lived in Florida for 15 years and finally found a dentist that made me feel like family. I have moved out of the area but still travel to see them for my dental work.

Rosanne is awesome. She is so informative, kind, respectful and super friendly! She did a great job, the best experience ive had yet going to the dentist.I would definately recommend.

I have been a customer of the Murrays for decades. First Frank now Craig. I have a mouth full of crowns and caps. Craig is a fine dentist like his dad. The ladies in the office have been kind to my wife and I for years. I have never had a bad experience and my teeth look good. Thanks Craig!

He does good work but a crook, he did a crown for me and it came out well, but couldn't due the fill in's because he was running behind with patients for the day and I had to schedule about 2 other appointments just to get the work completed which is not fair to me, I am a patient as well. He even shut all the lights off when he was going to lunch while I was still in the chair getting work done. In March I needed a crown and they said my portion was a certain amount so I paid it which was over what my portion was after insurance paid. I had a credit on the account and was never told I had a credit and it was never refunded. I forgot about an appointment and they billed me $35 for this missed appointment. When I called to talk to the office about it she said she was going to make an adjustment on the account and so now I only owed $12. At no point did anyone say you have a credit on the account and that is what we are applying it to your missed appointment fee. Also mind you my insurance paid them in march and my missed appointment was in May so I had a credit on the account for that long and no one ever refunded me my $. They made it seem as if they did me a favor and gave me a discount. On a separate occasion I went in because I had a hole in my tooth that I felt and was getting food stuck in it. He told me he didn't see anything but went on to tell me that I needed a deep cleaning. As the time passed the tooth started hurting even more and the hole got bigger, I called to schedule an appointment and they couldn't see me until the following week even though I was in pain. They recommended another dentist for me, the new dentist fit me in the next day and upon checking I needed a root canal that they could not save the tooth. I went to Dr. Murray because there was a hole in my tooth because I could feel it with my tongue but instead he told me I needed all these other things and my tooth just got worse. The tooth could have been saved but instead he dismissed it and I needed to come out another $600 + out of pocket for a root canal and another cap. I feel that all he's out for is $. Now there is a hold on my FSA card because he never refunded the amount I over paid in march and now I have to come out of pocket for it because they decided to keep my $. Mind you it is now Nov. and this is when I find out I had a credit on the account because I had to call them to get information. I find it ironic that I missed an appointment because I forgot, which happens, but I couldn't charge him for the time I had to take off of work to come back so he could finish something he should have finished in the first appointment. I am never going back to him. I need someone I can trust to be my dentist and I do not trust him at all.
