I became a patient of Dr. Glaesner when he started his practice some 45 years ago. He and his staff continue to provide the most professional care possible for myself and my family. They truly are a one stop practice incorporating all the latest dental technologies imaginable. The fact that you don't need to come back for multiple visits to have work performed is a huge benefit. Over the years I have continued to recommend Dr. Glaesner to all of my friends. You will not find a more skilled and talented dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Glaesner for nearly 40 years. I've been through just about every "dental adventure" imaginable, and he has been there though all of them, with a gentle hand, expert skills and state-of-the-art equipment. I am fortunate to have benefitted from his CEREC technology - Dr. Glaesner is a pioneer and a perfectionist - a true ARTIST at restorations. Their hygienist Virginia is absolutely the BEST at what she does - she's patient, calming and informative and takes her time, getting to know you (and your teeth). It is amazing that I LOOK FORWARD to having my teeth cleaned! Kathy (Mrs. Glaesner) is so sweet and friendly and takes good care of all billing and scheduling - she makes me feel like family each time I visit. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Glaesner and his staff, they have given me SO MANY reasons to SMILE - I won't go anywhere else!

I believe her name was Gloria, maybe. Could barely understand her with the mumbling and attitude. Whoever she is the lady is horrible and should not work in customer care what so ever!

Dr. Glaesner & his staff are friendly, courteous & professional. I was in and out in no time & dare I say, it was a pleasure going to this dentist.

It is always a pleasant visit to Dr. Glaesner's. In addition to his wonderful, caring chair-side-manner, he always has the latest equipment which makes for a more comfortable time while there. His staff is remarkable in that they always remember me and have actually continued a conversation we were having the last time I was there over six months ago! Just wonderful! I am glad I found Dr. Glaesner's practice.

My husband Ben and I have been going to Dr. Glaesner since 1995. We have never waited more than a few minutes for our scheduled appointment with the hygienist or to see Dr. Glaesner, which is quite welcome as we usually schedule cleanings for 8am and then head to work after. When we first started going to Dr. Glaesner, I needed three crowns and my husband needed about five. Since we were not able financially to get everything we needed done at once Dr. Glaesner did the work needed most first and he did the rest bit by bit. Now we both have great checkups and feel confident that if anything does come up it will be taken care of in a way that fits our finances as well as being done efficiently. We highly recommend Dr. Glaesner.

Being in charge of insurance plans is not easy for software as calendar years change at various times due to the insurance plan. No software knows this--trust me otherwise we would have it. Concerning different hygienists---Dr Glaesner had an assistant who was worked for him 19yrs and he wants patients to be treated as he would. We run on schedule! Our hygienist Lisa "instructs" not lectures to patients--she takes her job seriously and wants to make a difference.

Dr. Glaesner and his team are great clinicians and have everything needed to fix problems and prevent future ones. I have learned much over the past 20+ years from being Dr. Glaesners patient as he makes an extra effort to explain his technology and techniques.

Competent Dentist but if you want to sit for a 30 minute cleaning and get a lecture the entire time followed up by the dentist giving another 10 minutes of the same, then this is the dentist for you. Turn over of a new hygienist each time I went. My insurance was rejected because they booked me for my 6 month biannual check up 7 days before the 6 month period ended. Blamed me for their mistake . They set the appointment. You would think they have a computer that is set up for 6+ months when they book your next appt. Wind up is, I had to pay it. They told me to call my insurance company and fight with them. They offered no help. That was the last straw.

This will be a very comprehensive review since it is merited given the absolutely horrible and unprofessional service this office has provided. I have been a patient for close to 10 years with Dr. Craig Glaesner's office and the treatment I have received is unfathomable. DO NOT schedule any appointments with this office. A few months ago I received a type-written one page letter from this office indicating I owed money, but not specifying the amount (which is the 1st time in 10 years this has happened since normally I pay at my visits). Over the last month and a half I have left 5 voicemails, also requesting a follow-up appointment since I go to the dentist 2-3 times per year and needed to complete the required fillings and so on recommended at my last visit. Kathy (the dentist's wife), is who I have dealt with for years and handles the front desk. NO ONE called me back. Just today Kathy finally picked up the phone when I called for the 6th time and simply said you have to call the collections agency even after I asked why she has not called me back for over a month....when I tried to explain that I called the office even before I got the collections letter (which I received a couple of weeks ago for a ridiculous minimal amount of $50 that I only learned through this collections letter) thinking they would call me back so that I could settle my account and even asked to schedule an appointment since it had been a while due to some serious personal issues I was experiencing...Kathy simply said 'ok' and hung up the phone on me. I was calm and simply wanted explanations. There are so many more professional offices and while perhaps this one might be close to closing due to retirement and may not want to bother with patients at this point, or care about this review or patient satisfaction in general...more the reason NOT TO RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE WHATSOEVER. For some reason, they turn over hygienists every 6 months also. After 10 years of being a loyal patient, it is very unfortunate it had to end this way. I am not one to over dramatize situations..this is the truth and while it may seem impossible, this has truly happened. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Dr. Glaesner and staff are the best dental practice that I have been to in my adult life! The staff is friendly and very professional! Your appointment time is respected! Unfortunately, I needed 5 crowns over the past year, most were older crowns that either broke or where lifting off of the gum! Dr. Glaesner is sooo.... professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and just a great dentist and person! I am so glad my friend Janie D'Ambrosio recommended him to me! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Craig Glaesner! Ilene Weinstein
