Dr. Michael S. Fife has been practicing for over 18 years and enjoys a private practice in an absolutely beautiful building that he labored over, hands on, with the help of his wife, who is also a dentist. After meeting, courting, and wedding in dental school, together they developed a true family practice in Sacramento. Dr. Michael S. Fife is also a licensed General Contractor who enjoys outdoor activities including fly fishing, backpacking, soccer, furniture building, and residential & commercial remodeling. I very much enjoy todays dentistry and all the hi-tech innovations that help patients achieve the finest dentistry with minimal discomfort and less time involvement.
Dr. Shari Fife attended San Diego State University obtaining her bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. She then entered a summer scholarship program at New York University before being accepted to the University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry. She graduated from UCSF in 1991. She then moved to Sacramento to work with her father-in-law, Dr. Richard Fife. In 1995 she limited her practice to orthodontics.
Dr Shari grew up in a small Central Valley farming community where her family still resides. Her first love was ballet until she came to grips with reality that her chances of becoming a prima ballerina at 5 ' 1' were slim. With ballet out of the equation, her interest quickly became science. She presently has 3 kids, Haley, Bailey and Sariah, their dogs. She enjoys working with her husband at both building houses and the dental office. One of her favorite things to do at the office is decorate the entire office for every occasion whether it be 4th of July, spring, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines, Halloween or Saint Patricks Day. She states that when you walk in, we want you to feel like you are walking into our home, not a scary dental office. They invite you to stop by and tour their office they built themselves at any time. They take pride in the quality of service they provide, the comfort and cleanliness of the facility they work in and their incredible staff ready to make you feel at home.
Amanda graduated from the dental assisting program at Western Career College in 2003. Her gentle touch and friendly chairside manner helps patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during their visit.
Breeona loves to see all of our smiling happy patients. Becoming friends with each person during their visits, learning about their families and interests, is always amazing. The teamwork and upbeat attitudes shown from all of the staff, makes for a great day.
I first became inspired to go into dental hygiene as a result of encouragement by my orthodontist while in high school. I attended La Sierra College for the hygiene prerequisites and then to Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry, Dental Hygiene program where I received a B.S. in Dental Hygiene in 1981. I then moved to the Sacramento area and started my Hygiene career.
The aspect of practicing hygiene I like best, and is the most rewarding, is the long term relationships created with my patients that I care for. It has been exciting for me to get to know the Craftsman patient family and I am so lucky they have welcomed me with open arms.
I am happy to say my family is my full time hobby. My husband, Steve, is an Orthodontist. We have 2 sons, one in college and one in high school. Both boys are pitchers and keep us very busy with their baseball games. Its a busyness I thoroughly enjoy!
Melissa graduated from assisting school in 2006. She has 3 boys and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys drawing and painting. Melissa is passionate about dentistry and enjoys working with the doctors and staff.
I graduated from western career college for dental assisting in 1991 after finishing my studies for microbiology at CSU Sacramento. I was Dr. Michael Fife's very first dental assistant when he finished dental school in the early 1990's. I went on to further my career by receiving certificates from both Pride Institute in the San Francisco Bay Area and The Center for Professional Development in Scottsdale Arizona. I have genuine love for dentistry and for helping people anyway that I can to achieve their best self, including their brightest smile

Excellent. My hygienist gave me a thorough teeth cleaning free of pain. Very friendly and professional service. No extra wait time for my appointment. The new facility is immaculate. Great lively atmosphere. I felt like I was at the barber shop instead of the doctor's office. Highly recommended.

My last dentist retired and Dr. Stojic purchased the practice. I found Dr. Stojic very likable and very knowledgeable. Steve Ott has recommended Doctor Stojic as he uses her himself. I am very satisfied and love my hygienist.

It has been a long time since I have seen a dentist. I was recommend Craftsman Dental and I am incredibly happy I went! Staff made me extremely comfortable and provided knowledge as well! I needed a crown replaced. I was very impressed at how quickly I was seen upon arrival and how thorough and professional the process was.
