Our dentist grew up in Upstate New York and studied finance early on, and after moving to NYC, explored other options instead of pursuing his MBA. Dr. Satterlee always knew he wanted to help others and seriously considered studying medicine. But after shadowing a couple of esthetic dentists in NYC, he fell in love with the art and science of dentistry.

Because of dental anxiety I put off dental care for way too long. Everyone there was amazing! My anxiety is no longer an issue. I am actually excited to get my dental problems fixed. Brandi was the best! Definitely and highly recommend Crafted Dentistry!

I was looking for a closer dentist and found Crafter Dentistry Online. The office is very clean and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly. It's a great place but my review is to highlight Elayna!! She is an EXCELLENT hygienist. She was very patient and explained everything I had questions about. She is absolutely amazing! Dr. Satterlee was also awesome! Having a group that takes your understanding into consideration is top tier comfort! I'm so glad I found them. This office has an amazing staff and I look forward to working with them to get my treatment plan completed!

I've had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Crafted Dentistry of Fort Mill. I typically get anxious when I have to go to the Dentist but after having a couple of procedurs and cleaning, I fear no more with this awesome group! Dr. Saterlee and his team are #1 and I am so thankful to no longer fear going to the Dentist!

Fantastic dentistry office! Very friendly staff, and knowledgeable Doctor. Calm and relaxing environment. Gentle hands; could not feel any pain during numbing injection. Life has definitely gotten in the way of my dental care, I didnt feel judged or pressured into anything. Prices were in line with traditional care. It's been a while since I've been to the dentist due to fear and anxiety. I knew I needed to continue my cleanings but was so afraid after a bad experience with a previous dentist. After reading all the positive reviews on Google for Crafted Dentistry, I decided to try it. I had my first visit today, and I can confirm - the reviews for this practice are accurate!! I was initially nervous (as expected). Still, after talking with Brandi (she's incredible) about my concerns, she completely understood and made me feel comfortable, which caused my anxiety to dissipate quickly! Also, Dr. Satterlee is just as pleasant and understanding. Finding a great practice that listens, understands the patient's concerns, and provides excellent service is challenging.

Going to the dentist is always a difficult experience for me. Previous dental experiences left me with massive amounts of anxiety so I really just quit going altogether. I finally took the step to get back in and found Crafted mainly because I loved their options available for people who are anxious like me. I felt heard and validated, and not at all like I was a burden to them. So thankful I found them!

I had the best dental experience ever at Crafted Dentistry! It had been a while since I've been to the dentist and Elayna made me feel so comfortable, was gentle, and not judgmental at all. They have a great in-house plan which was awesome since I don't have dental insurance. I would highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting and I was very impressed! I usually feel anxiety going to the dentist and Brandi made me feel so comfortable and did a great job with my cleaning. Very gentle and helpful. So glad I went and will not go anywhere else again.
