Wonderful dentist and office! New and clean. Friendly staff. Hour long cleaning, no cutting corners on time. At my first visit, Dr Craft took the time to fix my crown issues that had been happening for years and no other dentist had taken the time to really look into it like he did. He saved my tooth!

Dr. Craft is a teacher - if you want to know what he's observing and thinking about with your teeth, he will walk you through it in an understandable way. He takes his time explaining things to you and doesn't make you feel pressured for time - his actions make it clear that he is there for his patients. Also, the staff is incredible. They make me happy to go to the dentist! Finally, they are trustworthy. So thankful for this team

I cannot have asked for a better experience at the dentist. From the moment I called to make an appointment I knew I was in great hands. Having a traumatizing experience as a kid at the dentist has caused a lot of dental problems, but this team made helped me so much. Leticia helped me set up my appointment, and she is one of the kindest people ever. She really made the process easier. Ariel and Dr. Craft helped me overcome my anxieties of the dentist and have been providing top notch care. I am so thankful to have chosen this location as my go to dentist!!

If I could give them more stars, I would! I'm an extremely anxious person, especially when it comes to dentistry due to a past of tons of dental extractions/fillings/etc with some rough experiences. I had avoided the dentist at all costs for the past 6 years or so. I finally went today for my first checkup/cleaning in years and had the best experience ever. Leticia was so friendly at the front desk. She remembered that I had a dog and asked me how my dog was which I thought was so sweet. She took the time to show me Dr. Craft's family photo and explained how long the staff had worked there and was so friendly. Tracy, my hygenist, was so accomodating and gentle. She regularly checked in to make sure I was okay, gave me a heads up before she opened any packaging or did anything in my mouth, as to try and reduce stress. She offered me headphones, told me I could use my phone at certain times, just was so accomodating to try and have me reduce my anxiety. I am so positively overwhelmed by how gentle and kind she was. Dr. Craft was charming and conservative with his approach. He had a good sense of humor and told me what I needed to know and was very considerate of cost. I thought I would need root canals, crowns, etc, and walked away with needing a single filling and a nightguard due to some severe teeth grinding and that's it! Nobody was judgmental about how long it had been and they did not make me feel embarrassed in any way. I will be going to this dentist for my regular check ups from now on and I could not be more grateful for this needed experience.

I have been going to Dr. Crafts office for all of my dental needs for many years. I feel comfortable and welcome every time I go. Dr. Craft has wonderful bedside manner and all of the staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend!

Craft Dentistry models everything you could ask for in medical professionals. The team is fantastic and very accommodating with scheduling. The moment you walk in, you feel welcome and at home in their clean and beautiful office. Dr. Craft and all of his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and truly genuine professionals. They care about you, your story, and are there to ensure you receive top notch dental care. Dr. Craft has excellent bedside manner, is personable, and makes having work done on your mouth seamless. Tracy is the best hygienist I've ever received care from and felt right at home in her chair. Dr. Craft and the hygienists are great at providing feedback and educating you so that you can be confident in your smile and health. I'm so appreciative to have found Craft Dentistry and receive the best dental care from this team. Thank you for providing exceptional service and prioritizing the relationships with your patients!

When I say I truly had a fear of the dentist, I'm not exaggerating. On a scale of 1 to 10, my anxiety was at a level 100. I had went somewhere else in town first, and still had a not so great experience and feeling. Dr. Craft met with me. He and his staff listen to everything and didn't make me feel embarrassed for not keeping up with my dental hygiene as best as I should have. They have been so kind, patient, caring. They put their best into everything they do. They see a person and not a dollar sign. The work that I have had done so far, has been some of the best I have ever had. Thank you to Dr. Craft and his outstanding staff. I most definitely will be recommending his office to everyone I know!

I receive great dental care at Craft's Dentistry. The care and patient teaching provided by Jessica is exceptional. I trust Dr Craft completely in his assessment and recommendations. He makes sure I understand the process of my dental health. Tish is wonderful helping with insurance and billing and more. They are the best!

Craft Dentistry is the best dental office in Manhattan and for the surrounding areas. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Craft and his amazing crew to anyone. They truly care about your well being and will do anything to keep you on the right track to having a healthy, beautiful smile. Very friendly and professional environment and each time you go in you get the same hygienist so you can build a great relationship with them. I will continue to use their services always.

The friendliness and the professionalism of the whole team is outstanding. They make you feel welcome and relaxed. I appreciate how everyone abides by the Covid 19 health guidelines during this pandemic. Regarding Dr.Craft, he is very knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough, and at the same time personable and funny. Since my dental work is more extensive, he always takes the time to explain each step of my treatment and involves me in the decision making. Looking at my dealings with dentists and their staff in the past, this office experience has been the best by far!!!
