More than once now I've gone in for what should be a routine check up and cleaning, but they somehow manage to fill the time with some other nonsense, to the point where, "well my next patient is here, so you need to reschedule for a cleaning." Which ends up somehow being something other than just a basic cleaning, therefore costing more, on top of the now extra visit I would have to make, because they can't manage their, and my, time wisely. Will not be returning. Steer clear unless you are looking to be nickel and dimed, and having your time be taken advantage of.

My experience with Dr. Na was absolutely phenomenal. I've been going to Crabtree Valley Dental since March 2021. I had been seeing a previous dentist at the same practice who created a treatment plan for my wisdom tooth; however, that dentist is no longer there. I recently started having some pain with one of my wisdom teeth last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. Dr. Na came in, took a peek and let me know that the tooth was useless and she could take it out today. It took all of 7 mins for Dr. Na to perform the work, from numbing/anesthesia to completing the extraction. She and her dental assistant were extremely professional, comforting and knowledgeable. I was provided with reassurances from several people that Dr. Na is amazing, and she did not live short of that statement. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure, was given clear instructions on the treatment/healing process and my insurance had already been applied. Job well to everyone involved today. Dr. Na is now my go-to dentist. Thank you!

Everything was on time and efficient. The dental assistant was very kind and competent. The dentist was extremely personable, patient, and mindful of my comfort. And the people at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The waiting area in the facility is extremely comfortable and restful.

Dr. Hop is fabulous! Skilled and personable; works really well with his assistant(s). Highly recommend for complex procedures e.g. crowns/implants.

I've been going here for 6 years and for good reason, everyone I've met is friendly and supportive through whatever dental challenges I'm dealing with. They got me in quick and fixed the problem with a short wait.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Crabtree Valley Dental. I had a wisdom tooth that completely shattered and of course it was a Friday. After calling 4-5 other area dentists to try to get in same day, I was getting discouraged. When I called Crabtree Valley the receptionist was so helpful, they had me in the chair within the hour! They did an amazing job calming my nerves, got my tooth out within minutes and recovery has been a breeze. Pricing was also very reasonable. I had exam, xray and extraction for just over $200. Wil definitely be returning for maintenance needs.

The entire staff from the front desk to the assistants, hygienists and dentists are extremely polite and professional. The ambience of the office is relaxing and welcoming. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of my dental cleaning. All in all a great experience.

I love that they offer evening appointments. The dentist and hygienists talk you through everything, and show you before and after photos of their work. For those less comfortable at a dental appointment (but not in need of sedation), they have a tv on the ceiling and offer to set it to a station you like while they clean your teeth. It was incredibly relaxing and convenient! -- My latest appointment involved getting my first ever fillings, following a routine cleaning. Dr.Noh and the team gave me a clear idea of what to expect, they were personable and professional, putting me at ease.

New to Raleigh and had to (emergently) find a new dentist. Couldn't have been more pleased with Crabtree Valley Dental from the front desk staff to the dentist! They went out of their way to make comfortable during the entire visit.

I had been a happy patient at this practice for a couple years. I have even recommended them to several friends. That ended with my two recent interactions with the front desk/front office manager. Terrible client relations. Enough so, that I cancelled the appointment I was there for and will not go back. It is a shame that one person can have such a negative affect.
