Hello, As all other reviews were Excellent, mine will be much different! The former staff such as Missy was AWESOME! When I returned for continued services the entire company had changed. I continued to receive services including referring family and friends (services were received...) Unfortunately, the office closure without notification was a shock and greatly disturbs me, NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE! There was not one staff that took responsibility to communicate to its loyal customer communication via email, US mail, text message; nothing. I am unable to retrieve my dental records... I am frustrated!!!

This dental office is very efficient and friendly. From the time you walk in, they greet you by name and then look over your chart and get you into your dental chair in record time. Before you know it, the doctor comes in, welcomes you I and he and his assistant het to work. Depending on what you are there to have done, they get you in and out in no time.

My experience was wonderful. The staff are caring and patient (non pun intended). LOL. Tawny is so amazing. She is a breath of fresh air. My husband was able to be seen for an emergency root canal and he was very pleased with the service. He has not had good experiences in the past with dentists but he really spoke highly of Dr. Koetz (I hope I spelled his name right). I was so impressed I went ahead and had the root canal I had been putting off for a year because I wasn't happy with the service of my previous dentist. I believe we have found our new family dentist.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dentist was knowledgeable and had a great assessment of what was wrong with my tooth. I would recommend this place for a friendly, positive atmosphere, and extremely nice.

A few years ago Cozy Dental was top-notch. Lately I've been pretty disappointed with their business practices. I have just received a bill from my CCPOA dental for orthodontic services at a rate of $6000. Mind you, I never authorized these charges and had no idea this service was even performed! In the past when approached about orthodontic services, I flatly refused. Why am I now receiving a bill for this? I contacted my stepson about these charges and he testifies that he pay for his own braces. My stepson says he paid over $4000 in cash for the services. I don't know why we are being double billed. I can't get anyone on the phone and will continue looking into this. Prior to this incident my husband had an issue with his dentures. He was overcharged and then charged nothing when he complained! There is definitely something fishy going on with the insurance billing and it needs to be looked into more thoroughly. Overall, the personalities in the office are welcoming and friendly but there is some deception, I feel, in their billing practices.

Str8up you guys...if you want Superb, personified dental care (even in an emergency) you have to swing by Cozy Dental Group! The receptionist is AMAZING (watch and see!) The assistant is compassionate and attentive and the dentist is detailed and professional. This is the dental group you've been looking for!
