Incredibly kind, fast, and informative. A lot of dentists will just tell you "your teeth are looking decent" but won't tell you how to improve your habits. I'm leaving more confident in how to take care of my teeth. New brushing habits, new flossing techniques, and useful hygiene information. Really enjoyed my visit. This will be my new dentist.

I went to this dental clinic based on all the five-star reviews, and I was not disappointed. All the staff members were super friendly, and the dental exam (courtesy of Dr. Kim) was thorough and comfortable. Can't recommend this place enough.

This dental office is above and beyond 5 stars. I always have an excellent experience. Everyone in this office always doing wonderful job! Front desk, Victoria, has beautiful smile it makes me happy and she's so sweet and friendly. The hygienist is the best I've ever had. She is kind, thoughtful and professional. Dr. Kim and her assistants are very friendly and professional. Dr. Kim takes time to fully explain the procedure and trys hard to make all the procedures pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her team!

Dr. Kim and her staff have wonderful customer service skills! The hygienist that cleans my teeth is always so kind and patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office!

This dental office is above and beyond 5 stars. I always have an excellent experience. Everyone in this office always doing wonderful job! Front desk, Victoria, has beautiful smile it makes me happy and she's so sweet and friendly. The hygienist is the best I've ever had. She is kind, thoughtful and professional. Dr. Kim and her assistants are very friendly and professional. Dr. Kim takes time to fully explain the procedure and trys hard to make all the procedures pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her team!

I could write the longest review on Dr. Kim and this entire place!! I have never ever ever had an experience like I have had with Cozi Dental. I have previously had bad issues with Dentist so yes I was scared. I sent my husband first!! :) He actually needed work first too but trust me I wanted him to try first because I am a wimp. He had a root canal with NO pain, I was still leery thinking okay he has a very high pain threshold. But, I did go myself to Cozi Dental. It has been a while so my initial visit I did need a deep clean. I had been told previously I needed this by Angel Way and Allen Heights Dental but each time I tried it was too painful to complete so I would need to be put to sleep. OH MY THE COST. Nope can't afford that. Well, Cozi Dental did the deep clean and a root canal and NO PAIN!!!!! My husband had pain and contacted them and they immediately got him in. They are over and above the extreme customer service!!! Turns out the constant pain on the right side is his wisdom tooth. They had done cavities first but no still has pain...needless to say he needed a Wisdom tooth cut out and removed! Well Dr. Kim removed it without any pain and he actually finished his work day! Seriously who can have a wisdom tooth removed and go to work after that! He had no pain! Truly as I said I can go on and on but I think my point is made. Oh wait I forgot the rest of the staff!!! I wish I knew all the names but they are all great!!! Victoria is the best at the front desk!! The dental hygienist are the best too!!

We love Dr Kim and the entire staff! She takes great pride in caring for each patient. She makes coming to the dentist fun for our girls and less stressful for me! I appreciate how she gives her advice on treatments but lets us decide what is best and doesn't force "extras" (like expensive whitening or other purely cosmetic treatments) on us.

Dr. Kim and staff are awesome! Always friendly, professional and patient. Always feels like she is looking out for our best interest not just to make a quick buck off of us and recommend dental procedures we really didn't need. Very refreshing and would highly recommend! Also is PHENOMENAL with kids.

I came in to Cozi Dental to see Dr.Kim for an exam due to a broken tooth. My memories of dentist visits as a teenager are less than fond, and the excruciating pain I was in from my tooth compounded how terrified I was to go through what I expected to be the usual poking and prodding. The doctors at Cozi Dental assured me that I would not have to go through that process with them, they took x-rays, and had me scheduled for a root canal. The procedure was quick, painless, and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and alleviate the extreme nervousness I was dealing with throughout the process. They were also more than fair on pricing and setting me up with a payment plan for the work. By the time we were done, I felt more relaxed and confident that I was in good hands that want to help to relieve my painful dental issues and see a healthier smile on my face. I highly recommend anyone that needs dental work to Cozi Dental in Allen, and I'm making their office the only place I go to in the future.

Came here for a second opinion on a deep cleaning and I could immediately tell that Dr. Kim and her staff make her patients' care a priority. Everyone was so kind and seemed to care about me as a person versus just another patient. This was a breath of fresh air because the previous dentist I went to was a nightmare and only seemed to care about charging me for any and everything. I had to fill out paperwork when I arrived but I was seen with little to no wait. Dr. Kim had her hygienist come in to do my exam but did not tell the hygienist why I was getting an exam to prevent any bias. Come to find out both the hygienist and Dr. Kim thought I didn't need a deep clean. Dr. Kim took her time to also evaluate my teeth for cavities and explained and showed me everything with a mirror. What I appreciated most was Dr. Kim prioritized all her findings by severity and encouraged me to get work done on the most pressing issues. For less severe issues she made it a point that if I had any financial issues I could wait it out a little longer to get work done. This is how all dentists should practice--with the patient in mind in all aspects. Thank you so much Dr. Kim and staff for making my experience one of the best dentist experiences I've ever had. I have already recommended your practice to my mom and sister!
