Office staff very unfriendly and doesn't explain why certain things are said and then just blames Dr. Cox office policy. This was the only office I had an issue with and it was where I was referred to for biopsies. When someone is stressed about possibly having Cancer even if you can't help them talking rudely and hanging up on them is never the professional way to handle the situation As Someone with PTSD just calling your office was difficult. Now getting treatment will be even harder. Thanks for NOTHING!!!

My son went for a consultation for oral surgery and the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Cox was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped us understand what would be done and we left feeling very informed and confident about my son's upcoming surgery.

Was,so fast and easy. Have problems founding a gurgeon to pull 2 wisdom thoot. Because the time close to all the kids back to school from head start,to university, everything was booked, with a close appointment till the midst of September, and still wait 3 to 5 weeks for the sergury. But got to travel from Waynesville NC to this dentist on Spartanburg SC, and available to do everything the same,day. Even my sinuses have improved and the pain on my left ear too. Thanks

Having my wisdom teeth removed at 30 was not an easy task but Dr. Cox and his staff have went above and beyond to make sure I'm as comfortable as I can be. Thank you tons for making this experience as pleasant as it can be!

Dr. Cox is such an expert at what he does. He and his staff were friendly from the day I met them. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted and literally little to no pain and swelling. I was up and moving hours after my surgery. This doctor knows what he is doing. I highly recommend his services to anyone!

Dr. Cox is such an expert at what he does. He and his staff were friendly from the day I met them. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted and literally little to no pain and swelling. I was up and moving hours after my surgery. This doctor knows what he is doing. I highly recommend his services to anyone!

Dr. Cox immediately put me at ease, injected a local anesthetic nimbly and extracted my tooth (my first extraction) quickly and with no complications. His staff are equally friendly and the office is cozy and comfortable. Wait time was almost nonexistent. A great experience.

I took my son in for a Consultation with Dr. Cox. The office staff later called me and said my insurance would not cover the procedure. I contacted the insurance myself. After speaking with the insurance company, Dental Quest, they said that they do cover the procedure and to have the doctors office to call them back. I then called Dr. Cox office to speak with the insurance person. She flat out REFUSED to call the insurance company. Because of her Dr. Cox has now lost a patient but he's lost several thousands of dollars from that one patient. That would have been four wisdom teeth extractions! Hey Doc you may want to consider firing somebody!!!
