First time patient to Dr. Galbo's office and will be a life long one now. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and informative. Dr. Galbo was very gentle during the exam since I was having severe tooth pain. He was also very helpful with my options to correct my issue. Unlike most dentist he did not push the most expensive route to correct my dental needs. I definitely recommend this office for anyone needing emergency needs or routine care.

Cristina was a great hygienist. She was very professional and gentle. The office staff was friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable. They for me in and out of there for a first appointment in about an hour. I could not be happier with my visit and booked my second while I was there.

Dr. Griffies and his staff are the best!! I've been a patient for years and always pleased with the friendliness and professionalism....Kudos to Cathy who always goes above and beyond!!!

This is the worst dentist office I've ever been to. It's front staff were friendly but the office is dirty and after having my xrays done I sat in the chair for a little over an hour waiting on the dentist for my first visit evaluation. Absolutely absurd so I told the staff I was leaving and I will have whoever my new dentist will be request copies of my xrays as I'm sure insurance will not pay for it more than once a year and the radiation is dangerous. Shame on who ever does there scheduling.

I normally am very anxious to see the dentist but everything about this office put me at ease. The staff is so friendly and caring. I can honestly say I've never been treated so well or laughed so much. Thank you for a great experience!

I was a new patient today. It was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Sarah the dentist assistant was so friendly and made me feel like I'd been there all my life. She explained ever part of the procedure and put me at ease. Dr. Galbo took his time and didn't make me feel like just another patient. I would highly recommend. Staff was wonderful. They got me in the same day I called, I had lost a filling.

Do not go to Choice One dental in Newnan their billing dept is SHADY. First they quoted us services as covered when they weren't, didn't even give us the option for true covered services. Then we set up payment arrangements and the billing department decided that they wanted an extra payment called to ask approval, my husband didn't answer, he's working, called them back five mins later and she had already charged the card. The work that was done on my husband wasn't even done right, he is still having pain, and all they told him is it will wear off, after they charged him for a return visit on work they did.. DO NOT GO HERE. My dad is a dentist out of state. I've worked in his office, I grew up around dentistry and this is not how things have ever been done in a upstanding practice.

Not so great ..had been there for yrs ..they had put a cap on and it broke off. They closed office for at least a yr. Then when they reopened I got in for a cleaning ..now I want to go back and they insist I become a new patient! Who knows if their doors will be locked tomorrow or not. A simple cleaning but it's all about charging all those fees again and start ing over . I'll go start over someplace else I suggest you do the same

This place was great until Choice One Dental took over. I just paid $5400 for a bridge I don't have. They lied to Care credit and said they provided the service. Funny because I have a temporary bridge in my mouth. They have made no effort to contact me or make this right. This place sucks. Plan on getting a lawyer and suing them for the work they didn't do!!! Don't go here they are awful!!!

Dr.Galbo diagnosed me with TMJ and made me pay $1,300 for an orthopedic device. Now I have several large gaps in my teeth. He was supposed to make a corrective appliance to fix the problem. It has been a month and a half. I've been leaving message. No reply. Now I find out the office is shut down.
