Chris Giblette (Dr. G) graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Biology and Chemistry. He was then fortunate to further his education at Case Western School of dental medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Since dental school, he was able to attend Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, where he became certified in Conscious IV Sedation. Dr. Giblette continually strives to learn the most up to date procedures, allowing him to provide the best possible care for his patients. Dr. Giblettes goal and motto is to treat every patient the same way he would one of his own family members. He believes honesty and integrity are of utmost importance.

I had a fantastic appointment. I have not gone to the dentist in a very long time due to a horrible experience in the past. At Summit, they took the time to make me feel comfortable, they addressed my anxiety about the work that needed to be done and made sure any pain I had was taken care of. I really appreciate their expertise and care for me. Absolutely recommend them !!!!

I am very happy with the care I receive from Summit Family Dental. The staff is friendly and professional. I am new to New Mexico and wasn't sure how long it would take to find a dentist to replace the one I had been going to for more than 20 years. Happy to say I found Summit Family Dental and no need to search any more!

Very friendly, doctor is funny and very knowledgeable.the hygenist does a great job with my teeth. they both make me laugh often. which makes the process more fun I really enjoy this office =] the staff is welcoming it is a very nice experience

Fantastic dental office. Dr. Thompson is a friendly and experienced dentist. Tanya is an exceptional hygienist and provides great education as she works. Office staff is super nice.

I just really want to Thank Dr. Thompson and his wonderful and amazing staff for making me feel like I was part of their dentist family. I had such a great experience at the Summit Family Dental. I haven't been to the dentist in over 8 years just for the fear of always having a bad experience. So when I cracked my back tooth my anxiety kicked in. My friend told me alot of great things about Dr. Cowden, but when I found out he moved and that Dr. Thompson took over I was nervous. Although, I did hear that Dr. Thompson was pretty great too from just neighbors. His staff got me in pretty quick and they were all so wonderful. I loved that Dr. Thompson was patient, kind, caring and took his time to get to know you and explained everything in detail. It definitely eased my anxiety and trust. Thank you so much Dr. Thompson, Kathy and everyone who works there for making me feel so comfortable and laugh. Now I can say that The Summit Family Dental will be my dentist to go too. The staff are always so friendly, the front desk receptionist is helpful when it comes to insurance information. This place really cares about your teeth and gum health! I would definitely recommend!
