Dental service provided was excellent, however they never answer the phone on any of the numbers.

Absolutely disgusted with how they push you off. I had an exam a month before I came in and they were supposed to do repair and a cavity drill and fill. This was my last chance to get work done on me before I got out of the Army. So I came in and they did another EXAM. So because they didn't keep to the original appointment I now have to figure it out myself. Thanks

On my first procedure the supervisor walked in to "help", she broke my tooth, my mouth was full of blood so this person shoved gauze down my throat to absorb it. On my second procedure the doctor injected anesthesia into my nerve, half of my face was paralized for 5 hours. Then he accidentally poked himself with the same needle so we both ended up in the hospital getting tested. The reviews are accurate. This place is terrible.

Scheduling a cleaning has been too much to ask for since I got here about a year ago. Finally got one scheduled 2 months out because it was the soonest one available. There was a confusion about the scheduled time with whoever called me to confirm. I show up at the time I believed my appointment was scheduled (only 20 minutes after real scheduled time) and they turn me away saying they can't get me in. They now have to re schedule me again another 2 months out. What can you expect out of free healthcare?

I don't get the few negative reviews to be honest, the staff have always been exceptionally professional and friendly towards myself and my fellow soldiers. Almost seems like people grasping at straws for a reason to be upset. On every visit to this clinic, my needs were met and the staff accommodated requests within reason. 5/5 recommend!

The facility itself is nice and well kept. However the staff is not the best. When it comes to civilian employees the service given to soldiers is horrible. The front desk clerk was so rude. Seems that he is prior service. He is stuck thinking he still active duty an can talk down to whomever. He was angry because I question my treatment appointments. He asked if I wanted to speak with the Dr and I said yes. He reply with "okay let go talk to him" so I followed him. He stomped towards the Dr like a little kid. I asked the Dr that he said I should get a mouth guard but then Dr looked scared because of the presence of the clerk. Dr said I will have to wait. I said okay since he was speaking of it as a medical emergency that I needed one. The clerk they looked at me and said " never walked through the door without being told" I replied to him "you said let's go talk to the Dr" so I followed him. He reply "I never said that, I said wait and I'll go speak with Dr". Yeah those words never came out from his mouth. When I asked for his name he refuse to give me his name. I don't understand if you hate your job then quit. Just like dental assistant said that she hated her life.

Honestly surprised at the treatment I received here. The dental clinic at Bragg is awful and these guys knocked it out of the park. Pretty much felt like a civilian dentist office and had a great experience. I went for sick call for tooth pain and they fixed me up quick (and thorough) and even used this space age imaging device and made a mouth guard for me. These folks are living in 2120 over here.

Dentist said I needed surgery on my gums. My teeth nor my gums hurt. I listened to the dentist anyway and went with the surgery. Not only does my mouth hurt like hell now, but I lost two teeth because of the surgery. My opinion, they are not any better than the military medical doctors who I lost my daughter to in 2010 and my wife to in 2016.
