Dr. Lee will readily tell the story of growing up building everything with his hands and being endlessly fascinated by the details and how things work. When deciding on a career in dentistry Daniel Lee was able to bring this affinity for intricate work to the goal of helping people stay healthy.

Dr. Lee received his training from Loma Linda University in Southern California graduating in 2002. During his studies he was fortunate to be in a program that gave him an abundance of experience in the full spectrum of procedures. For over a decade now Dr. Lee has led the team at Covington Smiles establishing a practice with avidly loyal patients and a talented dental team.

The perfectionist in Dr. Lee continues to pursue training and coursework so that his offerings stay current with todays emerging dental care. Many dentists claim to be all this but as colleagues and patients will attest, Dr. Lees dedication goes beyond that of career to really caring about each patients well being.

As the coordinator of schedules for Covington Smiles, Debbie enjoys building a strong rapport with patients. She believes that Covingtons knack for the personal aspect of dentistry helps them bring patients further along to a place of better oral health. She and her husband moved to Covington 27 years ago when he began a job with Boeing. They have been married for 27 years and have quite a full household with three children (ages 17-24), two cats and two dogs!

Jami became a dental assistant in 2012 after falling in love with the dental field while working with children on a mission trip in the Philippines in 2010. She finds it rewarding to help adults and children alike to grow in confidence with dentistry and most of all, their smile.

Jamis life outside of work consists of spending time with her husband Ethan, her dog Buddy and her three cats. They love to cheer on the Seahawks and explore new places by taking road trips and camping.

Janelle is PNW born and raised and has been in dentistry in some aspect since high school. She comes from a long line of dental and medical professionals. As a young adult she started in the back office sterilizing instruments. Then she moved onto chair side assisting at a pediatric office.

What Nicole enjoys most at Covington Smiles is seeing patients gain confidence. She feels that there is nothing better than helping a patient that has not liked their smile get to a place of feeling proud. She always enjoyed going to the dentist as a child, perhaps because of the amazing way her teeth feel after a professional cleaning. In her position Nicole often works with patients to come up with a plan that will make treatment affordable. The care she and her team take with patients includes this step of consulting on payment plans, insurance and affordability.

Nicoles life outside of work is full with a young son Jack who means everything to her and her amazing husband. They are camping and hiking enthusiasts except of course when it is the middle of winter. At that time movies and cheering on the Seahawks become big pastimes.

Beths favorite aspect of the job is the personal connections she makes. As a hygienist she is an advocate for each patient to ensure they receive the most thorough and quality dental care. She focuses on treating each patient as she would want to be treated and stays up to speed with the latest technology.

Beth spends time with her two beautiful little girls and her husband. They love camping all summer and their time with friends and family. Beth loves working in her garden which includes flowers and vegetables!

Katie has been in dentistry since 2007. She has helped several dental offices transition from paper to electronic/paperless platforms. Since then, she has learned sterilization techniques and front office duties. Katie enjoys helping patients in all aspects of their dental experience starting from the beginning telephone call to walking out the patient.

Chelsea became a hygienist because she wanted to be an advocate for patients in their journey to better oral health.
