The dental hygienist I saw today at Coventry Family Dental did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. I like the atmosphere at a nice small practice like this.

Today I had a filling done and a procedure for a new crown, a good amount of work. Dr. Gelfand did a great job and I'm very satisfied. I was nervous but the procedure went well and was totally painless.

Coventry Dental has the BEST staff. They are all very friendly and professional from check in to check out. They communicate exactly what needs to be done, and how to accomplish that. They let you know the exact cost of things getting done before the appt, so your not getting slammed with a big bill from your insurance co. when you leave, they work tirelessly with your insurance to get what the patient needs to minimize costs, they are awesome... When you walk in the door, they all acknowledge you by name, you are not just a number there AND they dont leave you sitting there for an hour in the waiting room causing more anxiety, they bring you right in and start immediately with your care. The Dr puts a plan in place with you on your needs, and follows that, you always know what is getting done next. That office is successful, because of the team of girls that work there, they are an asset to that group, and I have never seen such a cohesive group of professionals work together so well on whatever your needs are. When I called for an emergency appt. they got me in that day, so the Dr could address my needs, I didnt have to wait suffering in pain for an appt. ****One day I had an appt and called to cancel due to a vehicle issue, when I called, they offered to come transport me ... Now THAT should show you exactly how caring all of the staff are.. Try em, you'll agree..

Everyone at this practice is very pleasant. I was taken right away. No waiting. Had my teeth cleaned. Very comfortable experience. Dr. Gelfand is wonderful. Office is clean and efficiently run. I highly recommend Coventry Family Dental.

Great place, they have a very clean welcoming environment. She made sure that she spit so it didn't fill up unlike other dentists. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a dentist

My son and I have been patients here for over 8 years now. Dr. Gelfand and his entire staff, from the front desk to the hygienists, are always professional and caring. We love the friendly atmosphere, and of course, how well they take care of our dental needs. If you are looking for a great family dentist, I would highly recommend this office.

New patient at this dentist. I am always skeptical of dental places if they will actually give you good advice, well let me tell you my dental hygienist was fabulous! She commented on how well I brush my teeth. Every other hygienist was always so rough and hurt, she was so nice, gentle, pleasant, attentive, and my teeth felt so clean after she cleaned them. She was very conscientious of keeping my mouth free from as much water and saliva as she could where others would let it fill up and suction at the very end. If you are looking for a new place I highly recommend Tiffany 10/10 stars!!

Highly recommend ! New patient and very happy with my first visit ! Everyone was so nice my dental hygienist made me feel comfortable , was easy to talk to ,and she did a great job on my teeth. Highly recommend if looking for a new dentist !

A+. They pay attention, they treat you like you are a human being and not simply another walking credit card plus the doctor has very gentle hands - always a plus in a dentist office.
