After receiving a partial, I called for adjustments. I never able to contact them and no one returned my call. The outside lab they use, they must be incompetent and the mobile dental staff. They basically took $500 from me and tried to get $500 from my insurance for unsatisfactory work.

Trying to contact them, and phone number does not connect and no response from their website and/or email. Will change rating when and if I contact them.

My experiences with the staff and doctor were all pleasant, I have tremendous anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and the staff were very helpful in calming me down. I can't really say anything too negative about that. There are two main reasons for the low rating though. 1: I have had multiple extractions and I know that there is risk of damage to the nearby teeth when doing something like this. They numbed me properly and gave great care sheets and explanations of how to care for it after. But I have had two times when they extracted a tooth and cracked the tooth next to it, which made that tooth get a cavity since there was a crack in it. Again, I'm aware of the risks with these things and I know these things just happen but during one extraction, they were so rough with my jaw while removing it that I was in tremendous pain for a month and a half. I couldn't even open my mouth enough to take normal bites of food. 2: In the last year I've had TWO of the fillings I've gotten from them just fall out. Never have I ever gotten a filling that just came out while I was brushing my teeth. I have gotten a ton of fillings in my life and this was a first for me and both were done at this place. I'm sure everyone working there are great and lovely people but with how little my insurance covers, if I pay for a filling, I expect that filling to stay. That's the only reason I'm looking for a new dentist now.

I am one to have high anxiety when dealing with dentists, I have been here twice and each time have been treated with care and kindness! This dentist is great, she has an ability to set her patients at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ghoston!!!

I was scared of dentist but needed to get my teeth pulled and after the first visit which was just to take a look, I was more at ease and then I went back and had them pulled. She did a great job. I will definitely recommend her to others.

Covenant Family Dental is the best dentist I have ever been to. They are kind, gentle and compassionate. I would never go anywhere else.

This is a terrible dentist! Staff is nice but the work is terrible! Had the same filling fall out twice and when I went to a different dentist I found out the other fillings they did weren't completely removed and I almost needed a root canal! My sister had to get 2 root canals and crowns because of this lack of attention to detail! Please learn how to properly do a filling!! They even have some of their assistants doing fillings! Absolutely embarrassing!

Dr. G is great!!! Both my son and daughter like her and that says alot because they don't like many people and usually hate the dentist but they really like Dr. G!!! She is very friendly and welcoming as well as professional!!!

Dr. Ghoston is always kind and professional. I love the new traveling rv set up that she has. It is very clean and top of line set up. I would highly recommend! She has been my dentist for 3 years now.

This is a terrible dentist! Staff is nice but the work is terrible! I literally love this office and all of the staff. I've been to so many other dentist offices due to moving quite frequently, and this office by far is the best dental experience I've had to date. It's more family-oriented which I love about the whole thing and they are able to work with you and are more flexible if you have unexpected circumstances or if anything comes up! All the staff is so kind and funny and they make the whole experience really personable and enjoyable, it really helps with the nervous feeling. Anyways 10/10 service also the aesthetic of the whole place is really cute and I love the green accent walls

This is a great dentistry! They ladies there took really good care of me and listened when I told them I was in pain, got me right back in there to take care of me! Great place
