Many of our patients drop in for teeth whitening treatments during their lunch breaks from work. We are open seven days a week with extended hours on weekdays to fit our patients busy schedules.
Our offices are paperless and completely electronic. We keep digital records, use digital x-rays and panoramic imaging, and use digital impressions rather than messy, uncomfortable impression materials. Using this digital information, we only work with quality dental laboratories who can craft high-quality crowns, bridges, and dentures more quickly and with greater control over the quality of the finished product.
Dental365 accepts most major dental insurance plans. We offer in-office plans for patients without insurance to make the cost of treatment affordable on nearly any budget. Additionally, we offer CareCredit patient financing, which works like a credit card that is available for medical and dental costs that are not covered by your insurance provider. This third-party financing company offers low-interest rates with flexible repayment terms. I am a Nervous Nelly at the dentist. The people at the front desk are pleasant, professional and automatically put you at ease. I saw Dr. Richardson who was able to calm my fears. The waiting room and exam rooms are clean. I will be going back and also making an appointment for my husband.

Yazmin was amazing. Help me through my process. Asked me questions about my self what I like and don't like.Educated me on the process on how it goes. Recommended me options on how to go about it and I was able to make a comfortable choice. Yazmin does an amazing job in her role at this location and I highly recommend everyone to go see her for any questions concerns and appointments with your teeth. What an amazing experience. I have terrible anxiety and avoid the dentist at any cost. Nancy the dental hygienist was a God sent. She completely put me out at ease that I forgot that I had anxiety lol I appreciate her and grateful that she was there. She was so gentle and my teeth look great! I have to go back to get some work done and I'm feeling okay about it. Thank you so much Nancy!

All jokes asside, my first time visit was comforting, quick, and easy. It was to extract a wisdom tooth. Hands down one of the best dentist office ive been to in the bronx. Friendly and outgoing staff. Will be back for all of my dental needs. I used to avoid the dentist because of how scary it could be but now im actually looking forward for my next appointment. #facts

This was my first time here and it was a pleasure! I had a cleaning with Nancy who was so sweet, kind and funny. She walked me through everything! Showed me my pictures and explained everything. Dr. Lee was also kind and nice. The team was diligent. The process at the front desk was also a breeze and the receptionist was very kind. I have to go back for some treatments and the receptionist printed out what my out of pocket costs may look like after the procedures which I've never seen before! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I honestly never write reviews but I felt the need to warm everyone after my experience at this Dental office. First they don't explain co pays or deductible prior to your visit after my procedure I had to pay out-of-pocket of almost $200, which is fine (that's not the worse part). After my procedure and as days progressed started having a lot of pain on a tooth mind you I went in with NO PAIN. After causing my pain they basically told me I had to see a specialist because they couldn't help even tho the pain was caused by them. I went back to see Doctor Lee was the only nice and helped me as much as he could by prescribing pain medication, (Which I'm grateful because the pain was unbearable). BUT IT DOESN'T END THERE! I walked over the receptionist and she's charging me I'm like okay but I mentioned that I just find it crazy how I have to pay for something that was their fault, she looks at me with a straight face and says i 's not the doctors fault and I asked how do you know? She goes because I saw your X-Ray!!! (i didn't know she was a doctor apparently) I just thought that was uncalled for, unprofessional and borderline HIPPAA violation. The fact that they left me in pain for days and then don't take any accountability is crazy to me! But yeah don't go here unless you want to leave with a toothache and then get told its YOUR fault.

I love everything about this place! I got my teeth cleaned by Nancy and she is very thorough! She truly cares for her patient's dental health and gives lots of tips. She was very attentive and was extremely easy to speak with. I'd recommend this business and Nancy for your next teeth cleaning/dental procedure

First time client. In fast and on time. Detailed exam and informative. Nancy was excellent and took the time to detail my extensive dental issues. Clean and open and friendly atmosphere. No one looks forward to more dental work but if it has to be done, this is a good place. Plenty of parking!! A big plus!

This is the best experience at a dentist by far! Nancy, the hygienist, explained each procedure in detail and she was super knowledgeable and gave me great advice in terms of dental heath and preventative care. Dr lee was so approachable and his demeanor made him easy to speak with. Most dental offices I've been to have not been the most pleasant experience for me. I will definitely be a long term patient here and will recommend anyone I can! Thank you!

The customer service is 5 stars from the front desk receptionist Ashley to the end of service... I had a cleaning done today, the Hygienist was wonderful very informative and careful in her technique... the consultation with the doctor was amazing it was not rushed and all of my questions and concerns answered... I will be coming back to address my issues and I have scheduled appts. For my girls. My experience was far beyond of what I expected, very pleased.
