Dr. Brandon Grantham, born and raised in Texas, is a graduate of LamarUniversity with a B.S. in Biology. He couldnt get away from the great state and stuck around to receive his D.D.S. from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston.
Dr. Grantham is also a graduate of the Dawson Academy, one of the leading international organizations for post-graduate dental education. The Dawson Academy trains good dentists to be great dentists by providing them a more in-depth understanding of teeth and the muscles and systems that control them.

Dr. Grantham, in his desire to be the best of the best, has also completed a 2-year, post-graduate Orthodontic course that allows him to serve the orthodontic needs of his patients. Dr. Grantham is a member of The Texas Dental Association, Central Texas Dental Society, and the International Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. Grantham is a fellow of the Misch Implant Institute, and a fellow and diplomat of theInternational Congress of Oral Implantologists, and completes many hours of continuing education each year. Dr. Grantham loves practicing in Copperas Cove, Texas because of the amazing people he is able to serve.

Best dental office around. Dr.Grantham and staff are wonderful. I get so nervous when I have to have any dental procedure done but they make me feel so at ease and at home. They do not judge you. Dr.Grantham takes his work seriously and you can tell he takes pride in everything he does. I am so happy to have found this dental office and recommend it to everyone in the area! Seriously give them a call!

Went in as a new patient and they did a full work up on my teeth for over an hour, after an hour I asked them when will the cleaning start, the hygenist informed me that the initial visit is 2 HOURS! No one at the front ever told me this, I told them I could not stay and that I would come back on another day for the cleaning. I received the claim info today from my insurance and they are not even in network. I called today and the receptionist Vanessa said that sometimes some of the plans aren't in network. Why wouldn't someone check so that the patient can make a decision if they want to pay out of pocket?? All she said was the best way for me to find a dentist is to check myself in their book. Terrible customer service with no apology. I wasted a whole hour there for nothing. Now I'm left with them having to send me the xrays they took and take it to another provider that is in network, hopefully they will accept them. And now I'm left with a balance since my insurance did not cover at a 100%. I have never ever had this issue when changing dentists, and I've never ever had to have a 2 hour initial appointment. Exteremly disappointed.

Dr. McAnarney and his assistant did an awesome job on my tooth extraction. They explained everything before hand in detail. Everything went just as they said. I couldn't be more pleased!

I have a very bad anxiety when it comes to dentist...and I want to say they were so awesome and understanding..thank you so much..i WILL be back..

Very nice dentists and hygienist. However upon booking I gave them my insurance information(name/member ID/all that good insurance stuff) which they told me I was in network. So I scheduled the appointment and went once again giving them ALL of my insurance information. It wasn't until AFTER I had already had my whole check up, x-rays, and cleaning services completed and was ready to schedule my next appointment and leave, that the front desk informed me they were not in network. This was highly frustrating due to the fact that I needed work done which will now cost me upwards to $6000 out of pocket if I go through them. They encouraged me to open a care credit card to help pay for my expenses. It's extremely frustrating that I went and pretty much wasted my time at this facility. I will now I to find another Dentist who is actually in network and start my process all over again. Like I said, very nice staff. However I did find this unprofessional and extremely frustrating.

This is the only dentist I have ever seen where I have experienced broken teeth after getting extractions. Due to being on Medicare, I had no insurance to cover fillings, and had to pay for extracting 2 teeth on 2 separate occasions. Since that i have been apprehensive abouseeing

Broke a filling and they got me in the SAME DAY! Everyone was super friendly and I was informed upfront about the expected cost to repair. Dr. Grantham was patient and cautious during the procedure to make sure if I had any pain or discomfort I would get additional numbing. Sonya the dental hygienist is patient and funny and makes you feel really comfortable. Appreciated the care and the fact you can't tell I had anything done. Great place and will continue to use them for myself and family in the future.

I'd really like to give 4.5 or 4.75 stars, but this system is not that detailed.... This building is brand new, so it still has some of that "new building smell", which is fine. But you can tell that it IS and will be a clean facility. The staff was very nice. I was greeted immediately upon walking in, the check-in process was easy. Even the "new patient" paperwork was too daunting!! I had a great cleaning session, the Hygienist was very concerned with my comfort and made a concerted effort to ensure that I understood what was going on and what she was going to do. I truly appreciate that, because I've many dental experiences where they just tell up to open up and they start scrapping and drilling!! I also greatly appreciate the fact that the actual Dentist came in and talked with me about my status, what the VA was recommending and his recommendations (which were different than the VA, incidentally). And what I really appreciated was that he didn't want to just start doing a bunch of work, but wanted to do some evaluation and show some patience with my teeth. I look forward to going back to Cove Family Dental!!!
