Dr. Michelle Getz is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, Dr. Getz entered the U.S. Air Force where she served as a Captain for three years in the Dental Corps. During this time, she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. This program provided Dr. Getz with the knowledge and skill to treat more complex dental conditions. In addition to training in each of the dental specialties, she received certification to perform intravenous pain control and sedation therapy.
Since separating from the Air Force, Dr. Getz has been in private practice for over 9 years in the historic Cove Community.Dr. Getz has participated in over 600 hours of Continuing Education, not including a 10 month Comprehensive Implant Residency Program. During this Implant Residency, Dr. Getz received extensive Hands-On surgical training in Implant Placement and Bone Grafting Procedures.

This is the best dental clinic I have ever been too, everyone makes you feel so special, and cared for, I highly recommend them, take the fear out of going to the dentist, and go to Cove dental

I am very afraid of going to the dentist. I have had a bad experience once that really caused the fear to be very real. Because of this my teeth are in bad shape. I have tried several different dentists in the area. After spending lots of money I again did not have a good experience. I tried Cove dental, and it is a wonderful experience. The staff is excellent. The dentist is excellent. The whole office is spotless. My procedure was a little painfull but they were full of compassion for me. I felt 100 % comfortable for the first time at a dentist. I would highly recommend Cove Dentistry. They are number 1 !!! I love you guys at Cove Dentistry Thank you for your patience with me.

I am a very nervous person going to the dentist but Dr Getz , Carrie and the staff always makes me feel like family not just another patient.. for all that being said Dr Getz (Michelle) is so creative always listens and tries to help to get what I want done I was so blessed to find her and Carrie All I can say is I absolutely love my dentist she's amazing and there is so much more that I can say I love Dr Getz and the staff Thank you for being so understanding and your patience

I'm such a big baby about going to the dentist that I've put off finding a new one for way too long. I'm so glad that I decided to contact Cove Dental at last! The staff there is wonderful-- if a trip to the dentist could be called "pleasant" this is as close as it gets, thanks to their care and professionalism.

Had an emergency over the weekend and the on-call nurse talked me through it. She made me an appointment for Monday and I was patched up and back on track. Dr Getz is so sweet and good and puts my dentist anxiety at ease.
