got my braces here, 10/10 would NOT recommend. save yourself the time!

I brought my daughter in July 28, 2021 for an appointment to set her up with braces. By November 2021, I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called and they said that they never submitted the authorization because they didn't have the necessary pictures. So I brought my daughter in on November 19, 2021 and they did the pictures so they could submit for authorization to Medicaid. Well it's now April and I finally spoke to someone there at the office and was told they are no longer seeing new patients!!!! Seriously!!! What was was point of even bringing in my daughter not ONCE!!! But TWICE!!! She's now 18 and Medicaid doesn't cover braces for adults!!! Terrible customer service!!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Walker @2pm for my tooth examination but they kept me waiting for almost 1 hour. They said they were short staff. I understand but they should have communicate properly! They just wasted my time!

First time being in this office due to the Reno office being permanently closed. The staff are nice and polite but this office is disgusting. I can't believe they are allowed to operate in such dirty conditions. Will have to travel to their Carson office now to see the orthodontist

Was referred by my insurance, office staff on the first visit wasn't very good. Scheduled my son's next visit only to get a call saying their office was closing permanently before his next appointment. The office staff was not helpful when I asked for information to be sent to me for their Carson office and hung up on me while I was asking another question. Probably a good thing this office is closing. Worst experience ever.

Great doctor and staff, only reason for four stars is because it's impossible to get ahold of them. I gave up on calling and now just go in to book appointments and ask questions. But the actual dental work is great and Dapra is amazing with the novacaine shot you don't even feel it and I'm the biggest wuss about needles there is.

I would recommend this ortho they have great friendly staff and scheduling is great even in emergencies. Jesse is very helpful. Two thumbs up!!

omg this place is the worst customer service!! my son has been going here since aug and I have yet to receive a call I call them all the time the only answer I get from some one is uhhhhh I'm not sure let me find out and give you a call back! their answering service is not any better!! I've had to go get paperwork my self and turn it in because they say the referring dental office my kids go to didnt send the paperwork over which they have several times I've sen the fax confirmation and I've sent it myself!! this is so frustrating!! I'm going to send my son else where!! the dr here is amazing unfortunately his staff is NOT!!

My daughter just had two teeth pulled. They were very hard to pull with deep roots. They broke off. But the staff and Dr. were very gentle and thoughtful to her. Worked as long as needed to take care of it.
