I had to get a new dentist, and I was suggested Dr. Bullard, I had to have some fillings and for once in my entire life I felt nothing and I was very thankful for that! Dr. Bullard and his team were excellent and I am thankful I was able to feel nothing and sit and relax! 10/10 recommend

Wish i could do zero stars or negative stars.. This place is the epitome of horrible customer service. We were assured someone would be right out to get my daughter and take her temperature. 30 minutes later. Still no one. I called and the woman was horribly rude, and said with an attitude that someone was fixing to come get her. So I hung up and instead of coming to get my daughter, she came out to chastise me about hanging up. And asked if I had somewhere to be??? Yes, I have somewhere to be. I have other errands. My daughter has school. And I have work. But thats none of her business. Zero stars.

My son and I have had teeth pulled here, this is the only dentist my grandson has seen for check ups. We absolutely love going here! The staff is great, Dr. Bullard is great.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous about coming here. But staff were all sweet and polite and the denstist was not rude at any point. In a normal tone just explained how my wisdom teeth had come in and referred me to an oral surgeon. The experience was really relaxing once I stopped worrying about what all these bad reviews were saying.

Dr Bullard did a great job pulling my tooth. He was honest and his staff was really nice and professional. When he gave me 2 shots to deaden my gums it was actually painless. I didnt even know he had given me a shot. I would recommend everyone to him.

So... I just had the worst dental experience of my life with Dr. Bullard at Countywide Dental, in Cleburne. I have a terrible habit of grinding my teeth at night and about 6 years ago I finally broke a back molar. I've done my best to care for it for the past few years without too many problems, but ever since the COVID lockdown, the pain became progressively worse and I decided it was time for the tooth to be pulled. I have had teeth pulled before-- 20 years ago I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and 10 years ago I had 4 more extracted to make room for braces. All eight teeth were perfectly healthy and I was wide awake for the entire procedures. Both of these experiences were made more bearable by a kind, compassionate doctor and staff, who talked to me and comforted me throughout the process. So, I did not expect having a tooth pulled would be pleasant, but I never in a million years did I expect the doctor to stop in the middle of the procedure and yell at me! He literally lost his temper because I was crying a little and asked if he or the assistant could talk to me while he worked. I was not boo-hooing or making a scene; my eyes watered and I moaned from the intense pressure. This man, who considers himself a "healthcare professional" yelled at my stop crying, threw something down, and huffed out of the exam room. He left me sitting in the chair for over 20 minutes, my tooth partially pulled and mouth full of gauze because I was bleeding. I had no idea if he was going to return. When he did return to finish, he never apologized for his behavior. He completed the procedure and got up and walked out without saying a word. I had to ask the assistant if he was done. I do appreciate his staff, who seemed bewildered and embarrassed by their boss' behavior. The young ladies tried to ease my anxiety, with a blanket and a leaded apron to use as a weighted blanket. However, I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. You could not pay me to walk in that office, ever, again.

Lance and his staff are amazing to work with. Caring and compassionate to everyone that enters the door. We drive over an hour for his knowledge and gentle approach. With all that is currently going around in the world his office maintains a safe and sanitary environment.

Years ago I had teeth on both sides of my mouth with cavities. Went to Dr. Bullard and he decided to fix the issues with two root canals and two crowns. During the procedure he didn't numb me correctly and I felt a tremendous amount of pain when he started drilling. That was mistake number one. Then a few hours later after the procedure, I was finally able to eat. Two bites later, the crown on the left just fell out, like it wasn't even cemented on. Had to go back in and have them correct it. That was mistake number two. Here we are years later and I have two massive abscesses on both sides that are slowly detierating my bone. It was obviously from a horrible job with how the procedure went and not sealing the crown correctly and/or terrible attentive detail during the root canals. I called them to ask for help, given he was the one who messed up on them, yet they deny that it could've happened, that I should come in for a check up ( while giving them more money to do so ) My third mistake was giving in and let them check and to x-ray the areas. They told me how bad they have gotten and that I should go to an endodontist. Not even saying sorry or at least helping me out with the expenses. My fourth mistake, the biggest one, was trusting Dr. Bullard and his staff. All of them are greedy, non-caring people. Do not go to this dentistry, you'll come out worse than when you came in.

The only reason this place gets two stars is because I actually liked my dentist as a person. They recommend before doing anything that you get a deep cleaning which they can only do on certain days of the month. When I left there my teeth hurt on a level of a seven or an eight from where they were poking with the metal instruments (keep in mind of course that I went in with zero tooth painl. He also told me that I needed a root canal which seemed a bit excessive given the crude explanation of the X-ray. I didn't get to the point where the other one star reviewer got or that probably might have happened to me too. Every time I've had to deal with the receptionist I have left infuriated. She obviously has only been hired because she's bilingual and has no customer service skills. Extremely rude. Even if the dentist was a 10 I wouldn't go here just because of the receptionist Maria.

Great dentist, great staff. Straight shooter and very honest. If you are looking for sugar coated feel gooders, this is not the place. They are not rude just straight forward honest professionals. We will continue to see Dr. Bullard!!
