My family and I are so happy with County Dental New City, from their wonderful front desk staff, always welcoming and so helpful. They know our family by name. To the dental hygienists and Dentist. Our oral health has never been better! We are well taken care of at county dental. Highly recommend

I'm not one to share reviews however i went to this dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed and i don't think I'll ever go back. I hate the dentist as it is and the experience made me not want to go bask for the past couple of years. I had no idea i was going to be completely awake during the procedure, and was screaming/ crying the entire time feeling everything. Not to mention they had given me MULTIPLE shots to numb the area and the doctor completely missed my mouth and injected it in my cheeks, leaving big white blotches. Would not recommend if you don't really already like going to the dentist.

Upon arrival, I was directed by the front desk to go to the waiting area. Soon Catalina took care of me, took x-rays. She was polite and efficient. Vanessa did an amazing job! She cleaned my teeth. She was thorough, gentle, and explained everything I needed to know. She ensure the front desk schedule my future appoints. I'm pleased with this visit.

New city county dentalas has to be the best dental care I ever received not only is the staff phenomenal, the place is super clean. My dentist and my hygienist goes to great lengths to make sure that I'm comfortable & relaxed without pain, great communicators I should say and I always leave with a clean smile

An amazing dental office! Renee helped us get a immediate appointment for my daughter. Caitlin was an incredibly caring dental assistant and explained everything to us. Dr. Mark is an exceptional oral surgeon who works quickly and precisely with perfect outcomes. I've trusted both my daughters to him and will be back with my son.

I have called the County Dental office, during business hours, 4 times within the last 24hrs for a chipped tooth. I also called the doctors emergency phone number provided on the message and still no call back. Reached someone finally today on my 5th call the following day. I verbalized my frustration requesting a manager and I was hung up on.

Everyone is great here! The head dental assistant Elsie , made me feel so comfortable from the minute i walked in. The office manager ,Renee, was extremely helpful with my insurance needs. Dr. Sridhar is absolutely amazing! He listened and addressed all my concerns.

I am a terrible dental patient, lots of anxiety and stress. But from the time I started with County Dental many years ago, I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is kind, compassionate, professional and the dental care is the best. I love my dentist, Dr. Sri. He's amazing! So good, in fact, that when I left NY 4 years ago, and even though I have a dentist where I live now, I always return at least once a year to have him check me over! Thanks to Dr. Sri & the team at County Dental for the excellent care you've provided!

This is by far the best Dental practice I have ever went to. They are courteous and treated me with top notch dental care. I couldn't ask for anything more. Their cosmetic work was awesome and I highly recommend using them . I give them 5 stars

Totally recommend this dentist office!!! I HATE going to the dentist but, when I went to this practice I was no longer fearing it!! Jeanette was amazing and took great care of me!! Dr. Sri was very professional and so friendly!

Cheryl is an amazing hygienist. She takes her time and reassures for those of us that are scared of the dentist. She makes sure everything is perfectly cleaned and always gives options for keeping these pearly whites on tip top shape.

Needed urgent help on broken crowns on upper front. Was scheduled quickly, diagnosed and left with temporaries while waiting for final set of crowns which came in in about a week. Fit perfectly and matched rest of mouth 100%! Got a cleaning too which was just as professional and thorough! Love the staff and the vibe. Friendly, accommodating and terrific work ethic. Will be back!

Came in after multiple visits with my previous dentist for an unresolved issue... right away, Dr. Sri ran tests that my previous dentist didn't and came up with a solution right then and there. As well as a plan B, if this ends up not resolving. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Definitely my new dental practice!

Excellent dental office. Great service. Been going there for years. Never had a bad experience. No hard sell. They suggest and you take it or leave it. I love the staff. All are young and have a great sense of humor. Keep me and family's teeth nice and shiny. I go at least three times a year without fail.
