Very quick and professional. Everytime I have called for an appointment they have gotten me in very quickly, and everyone I've come in contact with have been very nice and accommodating. I was very nervous about my cleaning today because I have a broken tooth that is extremely sensitive. They were so careful and gentle.

I am 51 yrs old and this dentist is the worst the most unprofessional people. The office was filthy and I heard a curse word's coming from the other room and they never finished what they were supposed to.

I called today to try and make an appointment to have some teeth extracted as per my dentist. My insurance gave me this place to call. I called and was told to call back the end of September as they didn't have the surgeons December schedule yet. Huh? I told them that this a funny way to do business.

First visit went smooth. Fast and professional. Got the prescription I needed,Xrays, dental visit and scheduled with a specialist in about an hour.

I love the dentist and the staff is so friendly! I typically have bad anxiety for seeing the dentist.. But after my second visit! I am looking forward to my upcoming appointments. Thank you so much everyone at ------- > #CountrysideMallDental

I called on Tuesday the lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful she was able to get me a emergency appointment as a new patient on Thursday at 1pm :) she called back on wensday to confirm my appointment :) I arrived 10 mins early the office was very clean and the girl behind the front desk was very friendly:) filled out my paper work and was seen 10 mins later.the dentist herself was very friendly polite and knows what's she doing i had 2 extractions and my face had barely any swelling:) thank you countryside dental for the kind friendly and pleasant welcoming:)

Would go lower. My wisdom tooth is pushing against my other and causing extreme pain, but I have to get into an argument with the 'operator' because I accidentally said sir one time now she called me sir the rest of the phone call and I still never received the call she supposedly put in for me. Tighten up. Go find somewhere else if you like being treated with common decency. EDIT- obviously I'm talking about the operator like I said that's what she called herself. You can check again because I had my insurance set up to you awful people before I changed it to a different office today.

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been in and I am 57 years old and I've been to many dentist offices. The receptionist is a young girl with a very rude and unprofessional attitude she cussed my husband and I out and kicked us out of the office because we were late 15 minutes late for 1 of the appointments. after driving 45 minutes to get here and told us that he could not be seen for being 15 minutes late. I was waiting for my appointment 20 minutes after the scheduled time and still had not been called back. As we were reading the reviews she overheard us and started yelling across the office and she kicked us out of the office. I would not recommend anybody to go to this establishment it is the worst run dentist office I have ever seen.

This is the worst dental office I ever been to. I call to make my brother a appointment. The young lady at the desk stated that he can no longer come to the office for missing two appointments with no call no show. All Lies. The first appointment he could not be seen because they did not have his paperwork ready from Tampa Office so we had to make other appointment. He could not make it to the second appointment because he had the covid-19, which I explained to the young lady on the phone. So she stated that their policy said that if you missed two appointments with no call no show you're not allowed to come back so I asked her could I get a copy of the policy she told me No so I asked her is there any way I can speak to your supervisor or someone in charge she stated and told me No which I asked why,She stated and said that the supervisor is sitting next to her and she doesn't want to talk to me. The young lady is very rude and disrespectful. Let me clarify that he was seen at the Tampa office and they transfers him to their local dentist office. The doctor that seen him there is located at both office and he had us to go to countryside Mall is closest where we live. Well the young lady who answered my phone she Lied!! Thats very unprofessional..

My mother went here....the unexperienced receptionist hung up on her when she was asking why she had to pay for her partials when they clearly told her the first time that her insurance would cover it...all of a sudden they tell her last minute that she has to pay 800$ She tries to ask why all of sudden she has to pay...and she gets this....so when they lie to you and try to defend yourself you get banned and they threaten to call the cops ....don't come to this sorry place of a dentistry they might as well close down cause everyone is unprofessional and need to find a different job cause they clearly can't follow and do their current one.wish there was a half star option.

Everyone one of those reviews are correct. I like to give people breaks and after a year and half I couldn't take it any longer. They changed staff multiple times but it never got better. THE WORST! You will only be annoyed dealing with these people. So if you like to avoid stress, avoid this dental office.

Y esto me hizo pensar, mientras estuve en la sala de espera en esta oficina, me di cuenta que todas las pacientes estaban haciendo cita para cubrir caries porque la dentista les dijo que lo necesitan. This dental office is very unprofessional there's staff are young and unexperienced and very disrespectful. They tried to pull the bait and switch by telling me I had to pay for extractions and dentures that was covered by my insurance. They also advise me on my second return then unfortunately they couldn't offer the type of dentures I needed. Why didn't they say that the first time I went there with my information? Do not go here.
