First time in this dental practice and it is by far the best dental experience I've had. The ladies in the front are extremely welcoming, techs are fantastic, and the doctor is great.

I had a dental filling done. Paid my co-pay, they went overboard with the bill and billed my insurance more than $1000, the insurance paid what it deemed fit, and now they are chasing me for remaining $250 for which they have mailed me at least 10 letters. I tried calling them a few times and their phone person acts like she is super busy and would call me back, but no one ever calls back. I will report this as herrassment if I get another letter from them. The filling is great, I would recommend them for their services but not for their billing efficiency and accuracy.

I was a new patient and very impressed. The staff is courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Leila is friendly, easy to talk to and very professional. I would highly recommend this office for all dental needs.

Dr. Leila and the hygienists were professional and personable both times that I came in for standard appointments. I really only have good things to say! However, the administrative team has room for improvement to make for a positive patient experience. - the day of one appointment, I received a phone call indicating that my appointment time was changed by over an hour. This conflicted with work meetings that I had on my calendar that were scheduled to accommodate my original appointment time. - when I arrived at one of my appointments, Dr. Leila wasn't in office and I wasn't informed in advance that I wouldn't see a dentist. I had a few concerns that I needed a dentist to look at, and I would have rescheduled the appointment if I would have known in advance (instead of being asked to come in two times.. which isn't convenient as a working mother.) - I called 2 weeks in advance of another appointment to reschedule and left a detailed message and callback number since there isn't ability to reschedule online. I never received a return call to reschedule, so I've needed to continue to call and leave VM at the office line. Overall, I like Dr. Leila but wish more admin task could be done online via self-service OR the admin team was more detailed and responsive.

I would not recommend Dr. Leila. I had a deep filling that Dr. Leila recommended to put a crown on. I went through the procedure and just after a week of having a temp cap, it fell off. Dr. Leila advised they switched to a new cement and to come in and they would use the old cement they were confident in. I went into the office, and they used the old cement and put the temporarily cap back on. Two days later the cap fell off again. I then had to wait for my permanent cap. Received my permanent cap and guess what happens again??? The cap fell off again!! I specifically asked the Dr. why this is happening, and her response was " I am not god, I can't tell you why it's falling off." Dr. Leila shaved my tooth down so small that the cap has nothing to grip onto (She is in denial) and does not want to take responsibility for what she has done. She has asked me to come back in to put the cap back on. I think after 3 times of the cap falling off, it is safe to say the issue is not the cement. And by the way, this permanent cap had to be shaved down over 20 times(botched!!) and I am not understanding what the point of the impressions is. Now she wants to send me to a specialist to get a root canal, yet she does root canals?? This situation is just absurd. There is another review in which the same situation occurred. Be mindful of the work she is performing on you. Also, I want to add that she was so upset that she was speaking with me on the phone after her office had closed and was yelling at her employee that she does not speak to patience after office hours all the while trying to have a conversation with me! So if you have an emergency, you can forget that she is willing to attend to you and a perfect example on how she treats her employees! I couldn't even imagine how embarrassed the girl was!!

Best dental experience I've had in a long time! The staff was so flexible and accommodated my busy schedule. The dentist, Dr Leila, was super friendly, competent and quick. I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs!

Dr. Shahbandar and the clinic staff are just amazing. My family and I have been going to her for years, she is great with my children as well as my elderly parents. Very thorough dental team, great chair side manner and friendly receptionist staff. I would highly recommend her for the full family's dental needs. I have had a lot of dental issues and she has always prescribed the best approach to managing. Thank you Dr. Shahbandar

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Leila and her team. I haven't been to a dentist in so many years and I am in the midst of doing a lot of extensive work and I can't speak highly enough of how kind, caring, and compassionate Dr. Leila is. From the front office with Sherri, to all her staff and assistants you are honestly in the best hands. So happy with my dental work. So far I've had a crown made and am in the midst of having a partial made and they are just making sure everything is just perfect for me. Who thought going to a dentist would be a great experience! Thank you so much!

Dr. Leila and her staff are very kind and attentive. I recently had many cavities filled and Dr. Leila went above and beyond to fix old fillings too. I also liked that time with Dr. Leila never felt rushed and she explained well what was going on with my teeth and made sure I felt comfortable during the fillings. I've seen many dentists over the years and Dr. Leila and her staff are the best! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great service at this dental office. I have had 4 cleanings and 2 exams here and everything went wonderful. Friendly, professional staff who maintain excellent service is all you can ask for in a dental office and they hit every mark. Referred me to get my wisdom teeth out from a specialist and that went great. Nothing but .
