Originally from St. Louis, MO, Dr. Kohlberg came to Florida in 1992 after graduating from Southern Illinois University. She then did a year residency at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. After that year she worked in a Dental Clinic where she decided she wanted a practice of her own. In July of 1995 that dream came true and Countryside Dental Group was opened. She practiced in the same location for many years unitlshe built a new building for her practice in 2010. She has a great dentalteam that are commited to servingher wonderful patients.
I am originally from western Pennsylvania. I moved to Florida in 1993. I started Dental Assisting in 1992 in Warner Robins, Georgia. After moving to Florida, I worked with Dr. Kohlberg as an assistant. After assisting herfor many years, I moved to the front office and enhanced my skills there before going back to assisting in the operatories.
I was born in Warner Robins, Georgia and moved to Florida when I was just a year old. I graduated from Palm Harbor Univeristy High School in 2010 and then went onto SPC to get my general AA. I have been working with Dr. Kohlberg since January of 2015. I worked as one of Dr. Kohlbergs assistants for two years before moving up front to become the office manager.I am very fortune to work with such an amazing doctor and great office!
I am originally from Edison, New Jersey. I graduated from St. Peteresburg Vocational Technical Institute for dental assisting in 1989. I then went onto the dental hygiene program and graduated from St. Petersburg hygiene program in 1995. I am very fortunate to work with Dr. Kohlberg and such great coworkers since March of 2000.
I am originally from Iowa. I moved to Florida in 2002. I graduated from St. Petersburg College - Dental Hygiene Program in 2006 and began working for Dr. Kohlberg that November. It is a privilege to be part of such a great team and to work for a wonderful dentist like Dr. Kohlberg.

This is an exceptional practice, a great team of professionals. I like how Dr. Kohlberg explains and shows me as the patient the areas of concern. Highly recommended.

This place is great. My husband has gone there since he was a child, so I started going here when I moved to the area too. Dr. Kohlberg and team are all great. They're friendly, professional and help put you at ease. I definitely recommend them if you need a dentist!

I have always been very happy with this group. I'm my 82 years, this is the second group I have confidence and trust. Former dentist in New Jersey many years ago. Dr Theresa Kohlberg and her staff are above excellent. My procedure yesterday was done, I had no pain with all that was done. I have recommended her to many. I hope they go. After I came home I remained pain free. Much love and many blessings to all of them !

wonderful, friendly practice! Was taking my kids to another popular pediatric dentist in the area, but high costs and aggressive treatment made me seek out a second opinion. Saw Dr. Kohlberg based off of a friend's recommendation and wish we started taking the kids there from the beginning. Great dentist and staff!

I guess only helpful if you're an existing patient. Says accepting new however no new patient appointments for over 7 months out so be aware, not helpful if you're looking for a new doctor. Disappointed due to good reviews, location and being in network. Should be more open on website and with insurance providers of availability.

Exceptional staff and group. The doctor is very professional and experienced. I have been to a number of dental groups, but Countryside is by far the best I have seen. She is very fair with her pricing. I would recommend this group to anyone. Great experience !!!!!

They should really warn employees about how OFTEN THEY'LL BE GETTING CUSSED OUT! They are notorious for canceling appts day before. My reasoning was "because the Dr doesn't WANT NEW PATIENTS AND MIGHT GO ON VACATION". I think I said every cuss word in the Book. HELLO MY TOOTH IS CHIPPED AND YOU'VE CANCELLED MULTIPLE TIMES.. DO NOT BECOME A MEDICAID DENTIST TO THE MASSES .. SHOULD BE A PRIVATE DENTIST IF YOUR MAIN PRIORITY IS A DAMN VACATION.

Never wait more than 5 mins passed appt time. Friendly hygienists and I love Dr Kohlberg! She figured out the best way to utilize your benefits so it is the most cost effective for the patients!

I've been a patient at Dr Kohlberg's office for 20 years! The office is so professional, the staff is wonderful, and Dr Kohlberg is the absolutely the best dentist ever! She is thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, and cautious in her approach to patient care (she will often watch an area versus insisting on treatment). You will be thankful to be a patient at this office!
