Working in a dental office before she could drive, Cathy is the self-proclaimed oldest practicing dental hygienist! Born and raised in Ohio, this Ohio State University Alum was in the first Dental Hygiene class to have Expanded Duties certificate as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education. moving to Weston over 23 years ago, Chatty Cathy has been an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern Dental School, a substitute Broward school teacher, as well as just completing her 12th year at Country Isles Dental. Cathys motto is if you dont learn something new about dentistry and your oral Health during your visit, Ive failed as an educatorAnd I dont like to fail! Cathy lives in Plantation with her husband of over 33 years while her grown children live in NYC and Seattle.
I come from a small town in Ohio where I worked for a dentist for 28 years prior to moving to Florida. I have enjoyed the last 14 years with Dr. M as her assistant. I have an eclectic taste in books and music and I enjoy watching my garden grow. I take great pride in my 3 children, 5 grandchildren and am so excited for the 6th due on my birthday! I feel that coming from a large family helps me put patients at ease. Especially the younger ones.

Great location, friendly staff. Dr Martinez and her Dental assistant Annie very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Felt very comfortable. Give me their honest opinion how to care for my teeth. Best Dentist by far, I've been too. Thank you again.

Yesterday I went to Dr. Erika Martinez office.The dental exam that Dr. Martinez performed was the best I have undergone in my life (and I am 72 years old)..The staff offered an excellent service. I am very pleased with my dental experience at Country Isles Dental.

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Had my teeth cleaned today and as usual received excellent care, treated very professionally and with my comfort taken into account. Had full X-rays today and was updated on possible problem areas. Very satisfied.

The staff was very friendly. I had not had a dentist visit in a long time but d8d not feel uncomfortable at all. Very comprehensive first appointment and setup a game plan that day. Cleaning was easy, would recommend highly to anyone.

I haven't gone to the dentist in 2 years I was really scared. I had a horrible experience in another place. I decided to come here and they treated me amazing! From the front desk all the way to the back every one is friendly and nice to you! They make you feel welcomed and comfortable! Best experience all around!

I have been to at least 3 other dentists in Weston, and none have patience and care like Dr. Martinez's office. I had a comfortable and thorough cleaning and even got some tips and pointers for preventative care. Everything I needed checked out was explained to me in full detail and all of my questions were answered.

Country Isles Dental is by far the best dental office in the Weston area. I have been going since a young age and continue to return-even though I now go to school in Chicago. Dr. Martinez and her office truly care about their patients!!!

I love this clinic! Five stars is not enough! Dr. Martinez is amazing! She truly cares about her patients. She is an artist with her hands. Advises you and educates you on your dental health with so much knowledge and experience. Lorraine, Dr. Martinez's assistant is wonderful! Makes you feel at ease, her demeanor is so charming and fun. She'll make sure you are comfortable and happy. Annie at the front desk is so welcoming and caring. She'll make sure you are cared for and informed, and will send you out with a smile. Me and my family are so happy to have found Dr. Martinez and her team. I recommend to anyone!

We LOVE Country Isles Dental. Dr. Martinez has been my dentist for YEARS and she is also the dentist for my husband and children. My 12yr daughter had to have a cavity filled along with a tooth pulled today. My daughter says she LOVES the "VIP Treatment". They gave her a warm blanket and always makes her feel so special, even for a routine cleaning. I highly recommend this practice. It's like a big family.

was traumatized by a dentist when I was a child, which lead me to neglect going to see a dentist on the regular.I was referred to Dr. Martinez by a friend. I am so pleased I found a dentist which takes great pride in her craft. Im a chicken & hate the needles but I have to admit when a dr knows what their doing you dont feel the pain & the experience is not traumatizing. If Dr Martinez was my dentist when I was a child I know I would have had a great set of teeth. But we are working on it NOW! Thank you Dr. Martinez I truly appreciate you! Thank you again, Jeannette.

I went here for the first time and it is great! I recommend this dentist office to everyone. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Martinez is so careful and makes sure you are comfortable. Amazing office highly recommend!

Best service I could ask for. Awesome staff, they helped me with all my doubts on every visit. Dr Erika is great, awesome professional, extremely competent and patiently explains all procedures. The follow up after each visit shows that they really care about your well being.
