Dr. Couch is absolutely amazing. He not only is a dentist that does stellar work but he actually listens to your needs and concerns as well. He and his family are salt of the earth people and treat you like you are a part of there family!

My husband's family has been seeing Dr. Couch for years and I've been through a few dentists because of moving around. He's truly the most gentle and professional dentist I've had! I lived in Lexington for years and my insurance covered one of the best Dental office there. When I went to get my filling replaced they injected anesthesia twice still didn't numb the right spot (I got scared and left!) That was why I went to see my husband's dentist Dr. Couch. I'm so impressed by the work he did and went back to have him replaced all my old fillings (those old fashion ugly silver fillings.) Now our two year-old sees him, too! I would definately recommend him to anyone who's looking for a fine dentist in the area. P.S.: He charges very reasonable, cheaper than others when we had insurance, and still cheaper than others when we don't have dental insurance now.

We've been going to Dr. Couch for years. He's always professional and my 8 year old likes going to see him. As long as he's not getting a tooth pulled.... lol
