I was very impressed & satisfied with my visit today. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Saap. He went above & beyond for me by taking a piece of my old retainer off my bottom teeth. It has been a problem for some time, & he did a fabulous job making me feel comforted. Along with his assistants Cynthia & Raven with my cleaning--10/10 for you girls as well! Thank you so much!!

I went to get my teeth cleaned today, My technician's name was Alaina...She was very professional, friendly and concerned with the questions I had... I have been coming to Dr. Sapp for a lot a years and feel very comfortable there! Everyone at the front desk are equally nice and easy to talk to.

Hands down one of the best dentistry's I have ever had! Not only from the staff, front office and my dentist, Dr. Donoghue. Everyone made me feel at ease through the whole process. So glad I picked this location to get my dental work!

I have been coming to this office for years, since they were at Cottonwood Mall! I've never had a dental procedure done, other than routine cleanings. Had to have my first one recently and I was extreme nervous going in. Dr Sapp and Adam were amazing. I was so comfortable during the whole thing. These guys are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Their work is amazing and they make sure you are at ease.

I love going here. Doctor Donoghue is amazing and walks me through everything he's doing. The office staff has the best customer service and is super friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love this office! Prior to coming here I had not seen a dentist in over 2 years. I was slightly nervous and the staff here made me feel so welcomed and relaxed from the moment I walked in to when I left. Dr. Sapp made sure to answer all my questions about treatment and the hygienist April was so gentle when cleaning my teeth. I definitely recommend this office!

Had a great experience with April the new hygienist, she is very kind, gentle and quick. They got me in very quickly, clean office, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend calling to make an appointment here. thank you April and Cisco!

BEWARE! This clinic discloses patient information with other people. Sisqo, the "office manager" is the most unprofessional, dishonest person ever. If you go here make sure you have a good attorney.

I have always had a good experience and never had an issue with any employee there.. however today was different when you are told to take responsibility.. when they have no idea any issues someone may be having.. May she learn better customer service in the future... trying to do the right thing and they didn't accept it..what can you do it is what it is..

By far the best dental practice I've gone too. The second I had any pain, Dr.Donoghue(I think that's how you spell it) stopped and injected more Novocaine. Quick and efficient. Kind and courteous. Was done about 45 minutes ahead of planned. My teeth haven't looked any form of normal in the last 2 years, now they just look dirty (my fault, not at all their fault, not having proper dental hygiene for a few years really did a number). Along with very nice, clean facility, modern facility.

Always have had a phobia of going to the dentist since childhood. I feel at ease and comfortable here. Friendly, professional and sanitary environment. No shaming by staff if there's a dental issue. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been patients for many years and have spent a pretty penny here. I have seen Cisco treat many people poorly and not just patients but his fellow co workers as well. Well he finally decided to hone in on my wife & I. Is he part owner? I can't imagine why he continues his employment with everyone seeing his behavior - I've seen it too many times. I'm disgusted and done.

I started going to Cottonwood Park Dental last October. I was way overdue for my routine check up because I had just recently relocated to ABQ and didn't know where to go. I really dislike going to the dentist and will not go unless I absolutely need to. My 1st impression was that the staffs were so nice and friendly! I had a conversation about coffee and Dutch Bros with one of the ladies and she remembered. Since that initial appointment in October I have been back a couple times for a crown, a retainer and routine check ups but I always feel like I come back to my family. Ify is awesome! She is the best RDH I ever had, so thoroughly and skillfully. The reason why I'm hesitant to go to the dentist is because cleaning usually hurts but she never hurts me and my teeth are always so clean. Randy and Francisco are alway so welcoming. Dr Sapp is wonderful as well, always spend his time explaining when I have questions, he's well worth the wait.
