Everything about this practice is amazing! I'm so very fortunate I found my way to Dr. Jeffries! I've known I needed my lower impacted wisdom teeth removed for 20+ years. I finally got them out shortly before I turned 42 because they started to give me some problems. I was anxious about the healing process more than scared about the pain, but all of my worries were unfounded under the care of Dr. Jeffries and her team. I had both lower impacted wisdom teeth removed on a Friday afternoon, and while I had some pain that weekend, it was very well controlled with ibuprofen. I didn't even need the stronger pain meds I was prescribed! And the day after surgery, Dr. Jeffries, herself, called to check on me. I'm telling you---a seriously incredible provider and practice. I'm two weeks out now, and am still doing great! It's almost like I never had the oral surgery. If you have worries like I did, trust me, go with Dr Jeffries', follow her discharge orders, and you will do fine! Take it from this sociology professor, A++++++ all around. Thank you so much Dr. Jeffries (and team!). BTW, I really appreciate their COVID protocols. I'm glad they are continuing to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. Dr. Jeffries skills are awesome. Minimal bleeding and no pain with three extractions. Great overall experience.

Dr. Jeffries was so amazing and kind to my daughter who had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Her whole staff made sure to go over the procedure, and came out multiple times to let me know how she was doing! Will definitely be referring her office to family and friends in the future! Thank you Dr. Jeffries and staff for taking such good care of my daughter!

My daughter was referred here for extraction of 4 wisdom teeth. Dr. Jeffries was very pleasant and managed my daughter's care well. Only downside was treatment from office staff. There was no mention of their COVID procedures when appointment was made. Be prepared to wait in the parking lot with summer temperatures. I would have appreciated a heads up to be better prepared.

EDIT: david called and worked out an amazing accommodation that gets me in today and apologized for the big misunderstanding, I am so happy to get help with my pain from a root remanent, thank you all so much! Especially when I almost passed out it was good to be in great hands

Dr. Jeffries provided me with Excellent care in the removal of a Molar which had very large roots and was located in the very back of my mouth. I was extremely surprised and pleased that she was able to remove this tooth without complications, even though I had lost a very large filling and there was not much tooth remaining. Her staff are both professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeffries for any dental work you may require. Rose Morentin

I cannot sing Dr. Jeffries or her staff's praises enough. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, kind and smart as a whip! They definitely cater to cowards and will put your mind at ease. They always call the next day after a procedure to check on you. Also, their Covid-19 protocols make me feel very safe.

Although I put out my wisdom teeth surgery for years due to dental anxiety, I was lucky enough to have had my extraction done by Dr. Jeffries. My experience was great from start to finish and would definitely recommend the practice as a whole since they are found in the intersection of gentle care and surgical excellence.

I am unable to review on the actual Dr. because the front desk/office personnel were so childish and disrespectful I never got to get past being put on hold and hung up on. This was over a span of 4 complete days (morning and afternoon) When in need of major dental surgery it would be nice to be treated with compassion and respect from the very beginning so I'm happy that if this is how the rest of this business is run I dodged a MAJOR bullet. I know good employees are hard to find these days but maybe the Dr. herself should start dealing personally with patients (and potential patients) to save from having to deal with a bad name. It's sad that this level of customer service even exists much less in a health care facility.

Great experience! Dr.Jeffries and her staff were very nice and caring for my daughter. Dr.Jeffries was very gentle and gave me an update once my daughter was out of surgery which was very comforting. Her staff made sure my daughter was doing well and took great care of her before discharging her. They even called to check on her the next day, I will definitely continue to refer to Dr. Jeffries!

I got my wisdom teeth out a few years ago. I was reluctant to write a review at the time but I feel I should. The experience itself was fine during the consult, the horrors started during and after the surgery. I woke up during my wisdom teeth surgery and it took the staff about two or three minutes to notice I was awake. After I came out of the surgery, I asked the staff if I woke up during the surgery. They very reluctantly and quietly said that I did and my parents were absolutely mortified. If I didn't say something, they would NOT have told my parents. On top of this, I developed a life-threatening infection that lasted well over three months. I also developed TMJ which is chronic and extremely painful. I'm currently on medication to manage the pain TMJ causes. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. The same things happened to my brother, as well.

I rarely post reviews, but my experience having a tooth extracted was so positive that I felt compelled to share it. The office staff, and especially Dr. Jeffries, were all very professional, very competent, patient and kind. Having a tooth extracted can cause anxiety. They helped to reduce mine. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffries and her staff.

Hello. I just wanted to share our wonderful experience with Dr. Jeffries' and her office. Let me start off by mentioning just how CLEAN this place was! Our son was under the care of Dr. Jeffries and she was so patient and very thorough. She answered ALL of my questions and was very professional. I also want to mention Vanessa. She was with my son from start to finish and really treated my boy great. We received a follow up call and that was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this plce.

We had a great experience with Dr. Jefferies! Two of my daughters had their wisdom teeth extracted and both of them did great! I appreciated that she was very respectful and caring in her treatment. I also like the fact that her and her team emphasized COVID-19 protocols. Thank you to her and her team!

Dr.Jeffries was so awesome! Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and she did an amazing job. I feel like I've been healing so nicely and she was also super nice! Staff was also very patient with me coming out of the anesthesia.

After waiting 35 minutes after check in, Dr. Jefferies was very aggressive when doing my exam even after I told her I had pain. I felt like I was NOT heard when discussing symptoms. I will not be going back or referring to her. HORRIBLE Experience!
