Roger K. Warren was born and raised in Brigham City, Utah. He graduated from Box Elder High School and received a BA in Biology from the University of Utah in 1977. He attended Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, Illinois and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1981. Dr. Warren practiced General Dentistry in Salt Lake City until 1986 when he returned to a full time specialty residency in Endodontics at Oregon Health Sciences University,in Portland Oregon. Dr. Warren has been practicing in Salt Lake CIty as a specialist since 1988.
Dr. Leslie Walker grew up and graduated from high school in Altamont, Utah. After high school graduation, he served as a missionary for two years in New York. Dr. Walker received his bachelors degree from the University of Utah in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, he received his Doctorate in dental medicine from Case Western University then pursued his Certificate of Endodontics from the University of Pittsburgh.

I visited the Cottonwood clinic during a recent business trip to Salt Lake City to manage dental emergency.I can't say enough about how wonderful and professional the staff was. They were courteous, professional, and made the whole experience stress free! Thank you so much Cottonwood team!

I had a failed root canal over Thanksgiving break that got so infected that I couldn't eat, sleep, or even sit still. My dentist saw me at 1 p.m. on Monday and referred me to Cottonwood Endodontics to get it checked out. They got me in so quick. They got the infection dealt with and had my diagnosis before the end of the business day. And they were so nice about everything. After my last few experiences, I was terrified, but they got me nice and numb while they worked quickly and efficiently. They even gave me a breakdown of how much the treatment would cost before I was committed to anything, which I really appreciated. Now if I could only get them to agree to do all my dental work, maybe I wouldn't mind going to the dentist.

I had the best experience with this office this week. While we weren't able to complete my procedure the staff and doctor were so amazing and sweet. They understood that dental anxiety is real and they are all so accommodating and calm it made for a great visit. I would recommend them to all my family and friends and if any procedures like this are required in my future I will definitely chose them. Thank you !

Everyone at the office was very sweet and accommodating. I have the worst dental anxiety and they offered treatment to make me comfortable. They remembered who I was from 2 weeks ago and asked how I felt and how I'm doing. I appreciate them caring and taking the time to have conversations with me to make me comfortable. I absolutely recommend them!

If there was an option for no stars I would have used it! I can't determine what was worse; my interaction with Dr Walker or his staff. If you are looking for a Dental office that is more concerned about collecting payment than patient care this is definitely the place for you.

By far, the worst dental experience I have ever had. The work Dr. Walker did fell out in 2 days and I refuse to go back and get it fixed. I'd rather pay my regular dentist extra money to fix it than ever deal with Dr. Walker again.

When you hear the word "Root Canal" it creates a feeling of terror...at least that was how I felt so I can truly say the anticipation was far worse than the procedure. Dr. Walker is amazing, caring and gifted. I felt absolutely NO discomfort whatsoever and he took all the anxiety out of the experience. It would be nice if no one ever needs this service but life happens so if needed, this is the Doctor to trust. Thank you Dr. Walker.

Had a good experience here. I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal. I was fairly apprehensive about it and it went incredible smooth. They have new technology that makes the experience much better and painless. The root canal only took about an hour and I was on my way. The front office staff was incredibly nice and reassuring. All in all I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this facility without question. They have treated both of my parents too. They both had great things to say.

Long story short, he said he didn't believe my problem required a root canal. All I need for now is a adjustment on some dental work I just received elsewhere...Thank you!
