He eventually fledthe crowds and traffic of the city to enjoy life in Bozeman. Dr. Stutts and Dr. Julie Raaf foundedCottonwood Creek Dental in 2002 and have been treating the Gallatin valley for almost twodecades.
Dr. Julie Raaf grew up in Fargo, North Dakota. She attended the University of Minnesota and North Dakota State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. Dr. Raaf received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. In 2002, she and her husband, Jeff, moved to Bozeman and established Cottonwood Creek Dental. During her first years in Bozeman, she completed courses at Dawson Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida. Since then, Julie has continued to pursue continuing education opportunities including courses covering sleep apnea, implants, removable prosthodontics, and one of her greatest passions, pediatric care. She and Jeff love not only practicing dentistry in the Gallatin Valley, but also raising their two young daughters here as well. In her spare time Julie enjoys taking care of her menagerie of animals, gardening, hiking, reading, and traveling when the opportunity arises.
Dr. Adam Stutts was born and raised in the Midwest near St. Louis Missouri.Go Cards! In college he was offered a chance to play tennis at Montana State University, and, thus, he began his journey to the west.
After completing his undergraduate studies in biomedical science at MSU (and earning a Big Sky Championship his senior year), he went on to complete a masters program in Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Colorado.Adam was then accepted to study dentistry at the University of Colorado in Denver. During his senior year, he spent two weeks in Uganda treating the dental needs of Ugandan orphans.
Following four years of dental training, he was then accepted into the general practice residency program at the University of Colorado.He received specialized training in the areas of implant, sedation, and hospital dentistry, and it was during this residency that he developed a love for the surgical aspects of dentistry.
In his 10 years in practice Adam has consistently pursued continuing education in the areas of surgical and complex restorative dentistry as his passion for furthering his knowledge and giving his patients the best options for optimal oral health has never wavered.
In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and in the outdoors. Fly-fishing, hunting, biking, and camping are some of his favorite activities, and he especially enjoys sharing them with his wife, Jessica, their twin girls Ella and Lily, his son Lincoln and their dogs Layla and Tele.
Ashley was born and raised in Glenrock, Wy. She moved to Bozeman with her boyfriend, now husband of eight years. They are raising a vivacious little girl, and a lively little boy who both keep her very busy.
Sierra was born and raised in Sheridan , WY. She made her way up to the Bozeman area to ski Big Sky where she met her husband of twenty years. She and her husband are raising two kids in their teens, and recently sold a business they ran together for ten years.
Dawn was born and raised in East Texas just West of Lufkin. She graduated from Hudson High School and soon started a career working in the Corporate offices of Brookshire Bros. Grocery Corp.Her husbands job transfer brought the family from Texas to Bozeman in 2002.
She went to work in the front office for Cottonwood Creek Dental in 2009. Another job transfer by her husband took the family to St. Louis for 3 years.Her husbands company moved the family back to Bozeman in August of 2014 where they plan to retire.

All I can say is: Wow - great job. From the front staff to the dental team, everyone goes the extra mile. The ladies at the front desk make it so painless (and this is sometimes the most painful part of the dentist) and the dental team took extra time to explain what was going on.

Dentists to the stars!!! After losing insurance at my current dentist, I decided to go to the closest one to my home. The staff are incredibly professional, competent, and friendly. The facility is brand new, top-notch, beautiful, and high tech. After my cleaning and exam I was provided an estimate of just the maintenance work that needed to be done: It was over $8000. I was then asked to take some photographs so that I could be presented with a proposal for cosmetic dentistry to the tune of $40,000 I don't believe I look rich, or like a movie star but apparently they think so - I should be flattered! I took the 8k estimate to another local dentist who I have known for years and trust and was told I didn't actually need ANY of it. These might very well be the best dentists in the state but they are out of my price range. It was like shopping for a Volkswagen at a Rolls Royce dealership.

I have had a lifetime of dental issues and I can say without question that Dr Adam and the staff care deeply about their patients. The team has gone far above and beyond to help me, taking extra time to work on my complex case. They've even stayed late to make sure I had all of my questions answered. Emergencies have popped up and they have always been willing to accommodate. It's been an incredible, humbling experience to be on the receiving end of a care team that clearly cares deeply about their patients and care. Further, Dr Adam and team invest heavily in their own knowledge, skill, and learning. The team aims to invest in patients for a lifetime. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Jeff, Sierra, Abby, Elizabeth and crew are the best! You all have helped me make a plan to take back my teeth. My pain is so much less and I am so much happier. Thanks for making the process easy and delightful. It's worth it for me to drive the half hour to get there. I would drive further if I had to because this team is my favorite!

They over charged me over $900 and when I brought it up they denied it and embarrassed me in front of the whole front. I had to keep on them to get my money back and I never got an apology from anyone. I also hear they treat their staff poorly. Avoid going here.

I had an exposed nerve and was in so much pain. It was 430pm and I called Cottonwood Creek Dental for the first time. They were so amazing told me to get there as quickly as I could and immediately they got me back and got me comfortable. I'm really very frightened of the dentist, but I really had a great experience. The staff is awesome and Dr Jeff and Dr Adam are really cool Dentists and do great work. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.

Very nice people there ,I've been a patient for years all of the teeth that I replaced here broke apart after a short time ,I've spent over 10k and no warranty on anything.i made a late pmt and they told me to never come back .my business has done work for Jeff and stood behind it 100 %.wish they could do the same.
